We're always grateful for the good reviews, we love it when everything goes smoothly and customers are nice enough to take the time to let us know what a great experience they had. We're also ok with the bad ones, and fortunately they're quite rare, but it allows us to try and put things right and fix any underlying issues.

I ordered my flowers on a Saturday morning from Tasmania not realising the recipient had been hospitalised and Flowers Across Melbourne not only notified me they offered to send a fresh bouquet out on the day she arrived home at no extra charge, I was absolutely floored and so incredibly grateful, I received a photo of them from the recipient on Tuesday afternoon and they were STUNNING.
