All kinds of questions pop up, such as - will they arrive on the right day? Will they look like the picture, or will there be substitutions? What happens if there's a delivery problem, and how will i know they've arrived?
Let's face it, most websites are only going to show the best reviews for their own service, so in the interests of transparency and helping to give you a more informed purchase decision, we've come up with this page which shows UNFILTERED customer reviews.
That's right, all of them! from customers who have given us permission to use them. We don't cherry pick the good from the bad.
We're always grateful for the good reviews, it's really great when everything goes smoothly and customers are nice enough to take the time to let us know what a great experience they had. We're also ok with the bad ones, and fortunately they're quite rare, but it allows us to try and put things right and fix any underlying issues.

Thank you for your excellent service. As I live in Tasmania I wanted to get some flowers for my daughter for her birthday. The ordering on line was simple and quick and the delivery was on time. My daughter sent me a photo of the bouquet and they were beautiful.

Cut roses tend to open after a few days. These have not for the last 6 days. Are they artificial? The hessian stunk. Red roses from our garden, pink from Flowers Across Melbourne.
Paid $88 plus delivery for what I thought would look something like that he first photo emdedn up with 2 stems of lilies never ordering from here again.

Everything was very easy and amazingly speedy. I ordered from Scotland one day and the flowers were delivered in Melbourne the next, Well done!
Not sure , if my messages were read by the delivery driver.
There was no knock on the door after the drop off.
This meant that i had to let the recipient know that there was delivery for her which was something that I was trying to avoid.
I ordered 3 separate bunches of flowers, to 3 different recipients, but I needed them delivered to same address and individual cards placed on each bunch.
Flowers Across Melbourne delivered them all as requested. My friend was delighted to receive them and said they were lovely, so thank you to everyone for helping me give a little cheer up to a friend after a sad family bereavement.
The flowers were delivered to the wrong address. Instead of 86 Bay street, port Melbourne it was delivered to 84 Bay street and just left on the floor outside the building. I had to go have a look around the surrounding buildings to look at where it was delivered.
