All kinds of questions pop up, such as - will they arrive on the right day? Will they look like the picture, or will there be substitutions? What happens if there's a delivery problem, and how will i know they've arrived?
Let's face it, most websites are only going to show the best reviews for their own service, so in the interests of transparency and helping to give you a more informed purchase decision, we've come up with this page which shows UNFILTERED customer reviews.
That's right, all of them! from customers who have given us permission to use them. We don't cherry pick the good from the bad.
We're always grateful for the good reviews, it's really great when everything goes smoothly and customers are nice enough to take the time to let us know what a great experience they had. We're also ok with the bad ones, and fortunately they're quite rare, but it allows us to try and put things right and fix any underlying issues.

I had somehow dropped my flower order & had only card in it & the operator was kind enough to call and check whether I wanted to include flowers with the card, so I was able to amend my order. Much appreciated.

My friend loved her gift and I was very happy with that. Also I found it excellent that there was same day delivery. The only things I would mention was the person delivering the flowers just rang the doorbell and left the flowers there, rather than staying and giving them to my friend. And also she didn’t notice the gift card, so had to guess who they were from. Just little things I know, but as your service was so excellent otherwise, I thought I would let you know. I would certainly use you again and would recommend you wholeheartedly! Thank you 😊

My friends absolutely loved the flowers. The delivery driver sent great photos at delivery. The updates i received were really good and accurate which gave extra peace of mind. I also needed to change the delivery date and that was so easy to do via chat and also phone. Will 100% use this service again!

The team were super understanding when we realised the ward I was having flowers sent to didn’t take flowers they were super happy to swap the flowers for other items instead. They were all so lovely and I can’t appreciate them enough.
