Privacy: We use the following information for the purpose of efficient delivery of flowers to your recipient and for communications related to your order. We will never rent, sell or lease any information to third parties. Please see our privacy policy for more details.
We will deliver your gift within the timeframe specified and send you a confirmation email of delivery.
If we fail to deliver within the specified timeframe, we will happily refund your entire delivery fee including both the standard delivery fee and the VIP surcharge, provided the following conditions have been met:
- You have provided the correct delivery address. - There is someone available to receive the delivery, or there is a safe place to leave it. - You accept that at times our drivers will be instructed to leave the gift at drop off points such as reception, or the mail room and it is the responsibility of the drop off point to forward your gift (we'd be more than happy to follow up for you to find out if it was passed on, just give us a call). Your delivery notification will specify if this has been the case.
NOTE: We are unable to specify an exact time of delivery, however, we will try to accomodate requests wherever possible, just leave your preference in the 'special delivery instructions' field when you checkout. Our aim is to deliver within the hour you have selected.
