A great experience all throughout, my only other comment is I had no idea what the flowers looked like until my friend sent me a photo of them after they had arrived. She would be better placed to answer questions about delivery etc as she was on the receiving end. From my point of view though, everything was terrific. Thanks so much.

Yeh for everyone that’s thinking of sending your female friend a bunch of flowers just for her to know that someone cares make sure her jealous psycho ex-boyfriend doesn’t get to them first

Beutiful orb containing long lasting roses. Wife blown away! It was particularly special since I ordered it while I was in hospital and was remembering all the things my beloved had done to help me, as she has, without fail, for the past 63+ years. She was not home when the parcel arrived and the driver hsd carefully put it next to the front door of the house out of sight from the street, as I had requested.

This was a pretty disappointing bouquet. It didn't look like the photos and a lot of the flowers were already wilted.

I did select florists choice so I wasn't expecting it to look exactly like the photos, but the photos showed a lot more flowers than what arrived. I would like my order to be refunded.

Order experience was good but my wife reported that the flowers weren't very fresh and the picture she sent (I am overseas currently) showed some browning.

You guys were amazing and so accommodating! I had flowers delivered for a friend’s birthday but wasn’t aware they were off to Bali but the team made sure there was a fresh bouquet of flowers delivered when my friend was back in the country.

The note was lost/not attached to the flowers - so those who received them didn't know who they were from or get the intended message. Please be careful with this next time, as it is quite an important part I feel. Everything else was great though, thank you. Just unfortunate.
