All kinds of questions pop up, such as - will they arrive on the right day? Will they look like the picture, or will there be substitutions? What happens if there's a delivery problem, and how will i know they've arrived?
Let's face it, most websites are only going to show the best reviews for their own service, so in the interests of transparency and helping to give you a more informed purchase decision, we've come up with this page which shows UNFILTERED customer reviews.
That's right, all of them! from customers who have given us permission to use them. We don't cherry pick the good from the bad.
We're always grateful for the good reviews, it's really great when everything goes smoothly and customers are nice enough to take the time to let us know what a great experience they had. We're also ok with the bad ones, and fortunately they're quite rare, but it allows us to try and put things right and fix any underlying issues.

Highly recommended! Customer Service is Amazing especially Marj ♥️ she’s amazing. I had a last minute order and they deliver it 3 hours before my expected delivery. Can’t thank them enough for making the best flower arrangement💐

I ordered next day delivery, and the flowers arrived at 9.30am. My friend (and her cat) were very happy with her pet friendly bouquet! :)

Easy to navigate the website Recipient said they were lovely. Just a suggestion- Would be nice to actually see the flowers that were delivered, perhaps taking a photo pre delivery..

I was impressed that I could order flowers in the morning and they were delivered that afternoon. Also I find the cost of delivery to be fair and reasonable compared to some of the other sites.

As I am based in England the web page made it easy to order on line. You emailed me to say the flowers were delivered. The photo my daughter send me look exactly like the flowers on the web page. I would definitely use them again.

Thanks to the delivery driver for leaving them carefully upright beside the door, and the arrangement by the florist as the flowers were in excellent condition when she arrived home!
