Flowers were extremely poor quality. This was what was delivered on the day! A lot of mix-up with the other items purchased, but lessons learnt. Not very happy considering instead of a refund for items not in stock, I asked for a few extra flowers to be added, but clearly this is a very poor attempt. Thank you anyway

Good range of fresh flower arrangements to choose from. Competitively priced and delivery charge was quite reasonable. Estimated delivery time was accurate, and live tracking was appreciated. Proof of delivery and communication throughout delivery process were excellent. Sunday delivery was a bonus, especially after ordering late on the Saturday night. Will recommend, and use your services again.Thank you.

The website was easy to use with lots of lovely options to select from and some great extras to add on. Super impressed with Sunday delivery option as I wasnt expecting that. Tracking was accurate and everyone loved the arrangement. Thank you, I'll definitely order again!

The delivery driver left flowers at front counter. Clearly I left instructions to take to her room with floor and room number included. I had to call hospital to have staff get them and take to room. I am not happy and would not use this service again.

Very good and reliable service. The flowers were beautiful and I was kept updated throughout. The only thing that could be improved was the delivery driver actually knocking the door on delivery. He just left the flowers at the door step.
