I placed my order at about 1.15pm or so, The delivery was completed by 2pm. Now that, to me, is very impressive. Very professional.

I was very happy with my experience with Flowers Across Melbourne. The flowers were beautifully arranged and delivered on time. The service was easy to arrange, and I would happily use them again.

I just wanted to thank you for the amazing customer service and for the beautiful flowers that were delivered to my wonderful friend.

Marcella has been in my life since I was 19, when I started in my first full time job which was working for her husband.

Back then she showed me kindness and was like a surrogate Mum to me, and then over the years she has become a surrogate Grandmother to my boys.

Today she turned 87 and I have just spent the past two and a half hours on the phone to her, catching up on absolutely everything, including all the news from every member of her family.

My point though, is she said no less than about six times, just how incredibly beautiful, stunning, glorious and amazing that the flowers were, and that she could barely pick them up because they were enormous.

I was even told in detail about how much effort was made to protect all of the stems.

Thank you so much to whoever put this bouquet together. Marcella was just thrilled and said it was the best and biggest bunch of flowers that she has ever received, so that makes me happy.

Well done to all involved.

I ordered from South Africa. The process was super easy, the gits delivered were exactly as described. I have ordered internationally before but this has by far exceeded my expectations.
