I live in the Uk and was so impressed that I could order such beautiful flowers and have such a quick delivery for my daughter in laws birthday. A bonus that the flowers were paw friendly as she has 2 cats! The whole process was smooth easy and customer friendly. Will be using many times going forward. Great experience.

Whilst happy with the ordering experience and the product, I was very disappointed with the delivery. As this item was purchased as a birthday surprise for my wife, it didn't arrive until after 7pm which took away the point of it pretty much. Also the tracking time just getting later and later.

Yes not happy they were just left on the doorstep anyone could have taken then. Also the message i got was someone accepted them which was a lie.

A picture of delivered flowers would have been good in order to see the actual quality.

Flowers arrived too late, she didn’t get them until after 6pm , they didn’t ring the doorbell either, I expected them to arrive midday, I was disappointed

Very easy to navigate web site. Fast delivery. Flowers looked lovely by the picture taken on delivery.

So normally for other companies I get sent a photo of it being delivered or a photo of the arrangement. As she is grieving, she said thank you, but i didn't want to pressure her for a photo. I have no idea how it looked or how big it was. Ordering was easy and it was delivered, i just have no idea what was delivered.

Was so pleased they were delivered on date requested and left in safe place . The recipient was very thrilled with them. Always difficult when ordering from other side of the world , but would definitely recommend you.
