The delivery time and ETA, if that was clear at the point of purchase such as cut off time for delivery next day before 12pm would be great.

I've ordered flowers previously for staff and never had this type of difference in flowers before - What I ordered from the image is not what was received

You have affordable arrangements, great variety, accurate delivery times, I recommend your services to all my friends.

I'm generally happy with the service and have used it many times, however, the picture on the website displayed roses that were in the early stages of opening. Most of the roses my sister received were very open, and I don't know how long they will last. This was a bit disappointing because roses are one of the more expensive options and I chose them because I thought they would last.

I was grateful to receive e-mails along the way to let me know my order was on board for delivery along with an estimated time of delivery, & then another e-mail confirming that the wreath had been delivered early & confirming that the flowers had been received & confirmed by the funeral directors gave me great comfort that everything had arrived in plenty of time for the grieving family & for the service prior to burial.
I would have no hesitation in using flowers across Melbourne in the future.

The driver who dropped off the flowers did an amazing job. Zoe wasn't home when he arrived and he placed her flowers and chocolate in a safe place, UNDER A TREE, safe from the sun. Legend.

Shocking flowers half dead and just left at the door. Why ask for the recipients phone number and just leave them at the door when they were home . I demand a refund. They weren't cheap to purchase but they looked it 🤬🤬🤬

The main problem was the flowers were not delivered until 5 pm I think next time it would be better to use a local florist regards Maureen
