This is the third time I have ordered with Flowers Across Sydney and are now my go to place if I need to send flowers. The flowers are always beautiful and arrive on time.

At the time of the delivery Yvonne was at home yet the item was placed on the veranda and left. To only be found when I rang to see if she had received the item as I had been advised of its delivery. Yvonne had no knowledge at all of it's arrival. Not good enough!

Flowers were left on the letter box exposed to a rain storm. Open and exposed and I was advised some flowers were in a poor condition.no image provided but I believe Kaylene did reach out
I am so very disappointed and to be given a refund only for delivery was just not sufficient. I am a regular customer and this was just poor service. I enjoy your service and quality normally but this incident has left a bad taste.

The recipient said the flowers were excellent quality. I thought the bouquet was good value for money.
