All kinds of questions pop up, such as - will they arrive on the right day? Will they look like the picture, or will there be substitutions? What happens if there's a delivery problem, and how will i know they've arrived?
Let's face it, most websites are only going to show the best reviews for their own service, so in the interests of transparency and helping to give you a more informed purchase decision, we've come up with this page which shows UNFILTERED customer reviews.
That's right, all of them! from customers who have given us permission to use them. We don't cherry pick the good from the bad.
We're always grateful for the good reviews, it's really great when everything goes smoothly and customers are nice enough to take the time to let us know what a great experience they had. We're also ok with the bad ones, and fortunately they're quite rare, but it allows us to try and put things right and fix any underlying issues.

Only to say, as with other feedback on gifts, it is difficult to comment on quality when not the personal recipient of the gift. Without seeing it for myself, I can only comment on how the recipient responded when receiving the gift.

Very easy process! And I love how you can choose whether you want the florist to pick flowers for your order, or if you want them to look like whats on the website. Really good updates via email as well.

I was extremely impressed with the service. Ordering was easy, with a wide selection of arrangements and a handy guide (for a bloke!) to choose the right flowers. And the follow up communication I received to make delivery as smooth as possible was excellent. Very hands-on and customer-focussed. Excellent service all round.

I chose Flowers Across Melbourne from Google because I wanted to use a local florist, not an interstate or multi-state option. When I looked at the website, I was impressed with both the range of bouquets and the range of price points. I had some questions which were very easily resolved using used the Chat. The arrangement I chose was delivered to my friend the next day. She sent me a photo, and - call me cynical - but I was amazed to see that it was EXACTLY like the picture on the website.
