Ordering the flowers was easy. The “chat” gave questions clear responses in a quick timely manner. The flowers available were really nice. Delivery was good - requests followed & on the day promised. A notice was also sent to me, once delivery happened, giving me details. Very happy. Will definitely use again.

I wish Flowers across Melbourne would send a photo of the items I ordered B4 they are delivered. The recipient thanks you, but doesn’t send a photo so I never see what they actually received.

Fabulous customer service when I needed to change the date for delivery of roses at the last hour to another day due to my daughter being out of the state, unknown to me at the time. Re-delivery was arranged, I was so appreciative. The only little issue was that flowers were left in a lobby and would have been great to buss the intercom to let my daughter know the flowers had arrived, she did not know and needed to come downstairs a few times via elevator to see if the flowers had arrived....she is in an apartment building.

I thank you for dealing with my mistake on the delivery address. I was concerned that I didn’t know if my follow up had been attended to, however I was relieved that it was, that it was in the system and my delivery was made the next day. I also thought that the extra delivery charge only, was well considered and on my part, much appreciated. Maureen

Process was easy, Afterpay was a great option and communication was sent tracking delivery. The flowers were delivered by midday so the receiver got to enjoy them on their birthday. Very happy 😊
