Flowers smell was really bad (like robber or so), so we have to put the basket away to outside of apartments and wait, but flowers themself looked good

I was very disappointed with the arrangement I received. The flowers were already half dead and the stems for multiple of the flowers were broken. More than 60% of the bouquet died by the 2nd day.
This was especially disappointing given that the flowers were for an extremely special occasion between me and my girlfriend.
It soured the moment quite a lot.

Affordable, easy and incredibly quick! I haven’t done this much so was relieved delivery to a hospital was straight forward

I wish I could upload the flowers. The flowers are kept near the apartment's post box. When my daughter came back from work to pick up the flowers, they were missing. Someone in the apartment had taken the flowers. It is our bad luck. I have been using Flowers Across Melbourne for almost eight years, and I am happy with the service and commitment.

Only thing l was disappointed with was the delivery.
The occupants of the house was home and the delivery driver didn't ring the door bell, so the flowers werenor seen till 4 hours after delivery. The photos sent shows the cars in the drive way.

Really easy to order and the flowers and Teddy were just great. Picture on the order was a good representation of actual order. My daughter loved them

It is hard to respond to your survey when I dont see the flowers that were delivered and haven't had any feedback from the recipient.
I can only presume they were delivered on time and to the right person based on the text message from your business.
The process of ordering from you was easy and convenient.

The flowers were delivered on time and looked great, unfortunately they also included a message intended for someone else which created a great deal of confusion.

delivery driver left flowers at an unmanned reception. Delivery driver called recipient but didn’t answer their phone when call was returned

DIDNT Read my note that when i wanted the delivery & then i had to panic & make so many calls that whether the person received it or not as it was supposed to be sent to a clinic which had specific opening timings

I was disappointed as the picture showed a beautiful single rose in a round powderpuff lilac container. I thought it extremely pretty. It actually went in a whitish earthenware bowl in a square box. It wasn’t what I expected that’s all.

for $72 in total the arrangement was way too small was disappoint at the size was expective more for that cost
