Came out much smaller than I expected looking at the photos.

Same day delivery and fast delivery was great

I live in Engand and my daughter is now in Melbourne. This is the second time I've used Flowers Across Melbourne and it certainly won't be the last. Their website is easy to use and the flowers are absolutely beautiful.

I love the professionalism the photos sent of what was to be delivered. The contact made when a product wasn't in stock ie colour

I ordered flowers plus a 60th birthday balloon for my best friend (I’ve just moved to Cairns a few weeks ago and she’s in Brisbane) so this was supposed to be a surprise?
No balloon was with the flowers, this was supposed to be the main part of the gift, so I’m extremely disappointed and had to apologise to my friend (luckily she saw the funny side with the ribbon and nothing attached?). As a business owner myself, I find it hard to believe that a simple order of a balloon and flowers can be not fulfilled correctly? I had emailed regarding this mistake, literally minutes after her receiving the order, but no reply from yourselves (not good enough and very bad customer service)
