All kinds of questions pop up, such as - will they arrive on the right day? Will they look like the picture, or will there be substitutions? What happens if there's a delivery problem, and how will i know they've arrived?
Let's face it, most websites are only going to show the best reviews for their own service, so in the interests of transparency and helping to give you a more informed purchase decision, we've come up with this page which shows UNFILTERED customer reviews.
That's right, all of them! from customers who have given us permission to use them. We don't cherry pick the good from the bad.
We're always grateful for the good reviews, it's really great when everything goes smoothly and customers are nice enough to take the time to let us know what a great experience they had. We're also ok with the bad ones, and fortunately they're quite rare, but it allows us to try and put things right and fix any underlying issues.

Have used Flowers Across Melbourne on multiple occasions this year and they have been wonderful to deal with and the flowers have all been stunning.

Was a bit disappointed with the delivery time as I contacted you by chat to ask when they would be delivered this was at 5pm and was told that it would be there soon and it was delivered 5 mins after I had a chat

Hi,
I was very apprehensive about placing an order on line for such a huge amount, was not sure if the website would match the delivery, but i was truly satisfied and happy when I received a photo of the flowers from the family that received them, and to know that it arrived on time, as promised. The flowers were exactly the same as the website.

I ordered flowers for a friend and sent them to her house...or so I thought. Apparently they arrived at the correct address, but the house was demolished! Turns out she'd moved. They were kind enough to let me get back to them with the correct address and I only had to pay another delivery fee for my error, which is totally reasonable. My friend loved the flowers

I recently had flowers & a candle delivered to my mother in law for her birthday. She rang me and said that the flowers were absolutely beautiful and the candles fragrance was the loveliest she had ever had (vanilla caramel).
