The flowers were disappointing and not worth what I paid for them. I will stick with local florists or interflora. I used your service to see if it was better value. I am sorry that this was my experience.

the lillies i ordered were not the healthiest and best looking but they did arrive on time, $70 for some mid looking lillies is not good value for money

You were very prompt and the process was very good. I’ve not had flowers delivered before and especially as it was a Sunday I was very impressed. Manon’s grandmother passed away on the Saturday night so it was great to be able to get them delivered the next day. Thank you very much

First time using this company, only been here in Australia for over a year so slowly getting used to the resources available and I can honestly say that Flowers Across Melbourne outdid and outshone in regards to the recipient being overjoyed with her surprise gift, it was so beautiful in person so Im very happy and I would have to be really crazy if I was to purchase anywhere else.

Having ordered from WA, I really appreciated the heads up that Melbourne was having a heatwave and flowers would not be left.
Would love to see a photo of flowers before delivery as recipients don't always have the ability to use a smartphone!

Superb operation. My first attempt and the recipient had been discharged from hospital. A refund was immediate. The following day my second attempt to the private address was successful. The whole experience was extremely professional, customer service unbelievable, especially in these times. l could not asked for anything more.
