The delivery driver didn't knock. Both during the order, and via delivery update, I requested the doorbell be rung. The driver just left them without knocking. When we saw them several hours later, ants had gotten all through the flowers, which we had to spray before bringing into the home, which will likely significantly reduce the life of the flowers. I really don't understand why you would not knock when making such a delivery, particularly when it was requested twice.
