My wife was surprised and loved the flowers. I was away with work so it was great to suprise her on our Wedding Anniversary.

Seamless transaction. I was impressed by how quickly the delivery was completed. I placed my order shortly before the cut-off time, and soon after, I received a notification confirming that it had already been delivered to my colleague. Thank you for the excellent service.

I have been ordering flowers from you for quite a number of years for my wife's birthdays and our wedding anniversary and we have been fery happy with your bouquets.
I would normally never even think of looking elsewhere because I normally love the quality of your flowers, their arrangements and value for money.
So it was disappointing that this time around, the initial impression I got was that the bouquet delivered was simply less impressive and appeared to be smaller than the one pictured. But my wife still loved their appearance, so that was most important to me.
However, fast forward.....the disbud and orchid both look worse for wear now, only 2 days later, both sagging and curling in places, and the orange spray roses and orange rose are looking like they are starting to fold and wilt at the edges. I had expected that we would have these at least maybe 5 days before starting to show such signs of aging. In the past we have had your flowers for at least 1-2 weeks before they show signs of aging. But, even so, I must say that from a distance, the bouquet as a whole still looks good probably because the colours are so bright and well blended.
Would I look elsewhere, next time? Well, I still like your variety and pricing so probably not. I will still prefer to try your flowers ahead of any others...in the first instance. Maybe this experience is related to the flower types and is a one-off.......here's hoping! :-)

Very responsive and excellent service - the 18 roses in the special vase was lovely, and the scent filled the whole practice - the red love balloon is a joy for all the clients. Delivery was prompt and well organised. Thank you deeply.
