All kinds of questions pop up, such as - will they arrive on the right day? Will they look like the picture, or will there be substitutions? What happens if there's a delivery problem, and how will i know they've arrived?
Let's face it, most websites are only going to show the best reviews for their own service, so in the interests of transparency and helping to give you a more informed purchase decision, we've come up with this page which shows UNFILTERED customer reviews.
That's right, all of them! from customers who have given us permission to use them. We don't cherry pick the good from the bad.
We're always grateful for the good reviews, it's really great when everything goes smoothly and customers are nice enough to take the time to let us know what a great experience they had. We're also ok with the bad ones, and fortunately they're quite rare, but it allows us to try and put things right and fix any underlying issues.

The experience is great. Ordering through the site is easy. Also, there will be someone to assist you and chat you for further details. The flowers were so wonderful that the receiver really loved it.

Generally very happy with the service and delivery. I was disappointed you could not deliver on the same day but appreciated your follow up call and arrangement to have the flowers delivered to our home address. The flowers had zero aroma which was a little disappointing but they looked nice and were nicely packaged.

I live in New Zealand and my daughter lives in Melbourne. Using Flowers Across Melbourne enabled me to send a last minute extra gift of flowers chocolates and wine to make my daughter's day extra special. I only organised it the day before and the delivery was made with no problem even though my daughter's townhouse address is not that easy to find!! Well done Flowers Across Melbourne!

My flowers were delivered on time but the quality of the flowers disappointed me as there were droopy flowers and some have died just a week from having them, not even all of them opened and appear to already be dead just not happy I spent 102 dollars total just for the flowers to not perform
