I was very thankful for the support I received by phone from the staff of flowers across Melbourne. I was under considerable pressure at the time and they made things easy for me. They were very courteous. I’m quite satisfied with the value for money & I would gladly use them again.

Loved the range of options on the website and the delivery cost was what set Flowers Across apart from other floral delivery options! Seeing that suburbs like Wallan & Wollert are included in in the $9.90 delivery will definitely have me back for future flower deliveries as these areas are usually very expensive or not even offered

I ordered Express Delivery but I didn't know if the suburb was an Express Delivery location. How does a person know if a suburb is express delivery?

Thank you for same day delivery. Website is super easy to use, the characters on the card/message is longer than most flower deliveries. Great selection of flowers sith different combinations of colours and textures. Actual bouquet delivered looked smaller than that pictured on the website, but it was a great bouquet nonetheless. Would definitely use this service again - being able to send flowers to someone in Melbourne though I am interstate.

The flowers were a bit crushed and damaged. Also a lot smaller than pictured, not great value for the price. I had asked for some gum to be included but it wasn’t. Very disappointed

The delivery went to the wrong address, it went to 25 not 35…… luckily they were good people that delivered to Taylah (not sure if I made a typo because I can’t find my original order)

I placed the order of the stunning pink roses in a vase at 9am Sunday and it was delivered by 1.45pm. Impressive. My friends loved them - ‘stunning’ used to describe the flowers. Thank you ..
