I was disappointed with the delivery this time, after being happy with the reliability of previous orders. The recipient had to arrive home after a hospital appointment and I had made a note to request a late afternoon delivery, knowing that your website states delivery up to 7pm for residential addresses. I also understand there is no guaranteed delivery time. When I did not receive a live tracking link (as per previous orders), I went on the online chat and I was assured that I would receive a photo of the delivery confirmation via text or email.

I had to call when I received an email without a photo to show delivery. There was an issue and I did not receive a text. After calling again, I received an email with a WebP file attachment. The file format might be why I did not receive an SMS confirmation.

It was frustrating to have to follow up several times for visual proof of delivery and the information given on the online chat was incorrect.
A team member explained that an internal driver made the delivery and the photo/s were in your internal system.

Very easy to order and have a tracking which makes it easy for me to know it’s delivered

10/10, absolutely perfect - I sent these from the UK and everything from purchase to delivery was perfect so thankyou!!
