We're always grateful for the good reviews, it's really great when everything goes smoothly and customers are nice enough to take the time to let us know what a great experience they had. We're also ok with the bad ones, and fortunately they're quite rare, but it allows us to try and put things right and fix any underlying issues.
Easy order and the gift was lovely
The flowers were awesome, the delivery was smooth, the message was right, payment method was also pretty smooth. In fact I live in Pakistan and sent the flowers to my 5 years old niece in Melbourne. Two things why I didn't give a full 10/10 because I found the price on higher side and I faced difficulty to choose what I wanted. I just needed some long stemmed flowers but I couldn't find the option to choose any flowers of my choice. Instead I could only navigate between the already styled bouquets. Otherwise
