The flowers were amazing-better than your pic. So lovely. You really try hard to present your flowers perfectly. I have used you many times and the result is always excellent. I appreciated the categories to make selection so easy. They are delivered so promptly and I always get photos and a message from those I send them to to say Thank you for the most beautiful flowers!!!! Definitely value for money.

I love that with every order I am still able to choose a particular arrangement but can still update my order to go with the florist choice as well. Flowers always arrive in pristine condition and on time. Communciation from the time the order has been placed until it reaches the recipient, is so good and very much appreciated. The only suggestion I might make is, could possibly add a photo of the flowers with the email confirmation that it has been delivered? That would be the icing on the cake! You guys are truly exceptional.

Online from NSW, I purchased birthday flowers and chocolates for my mother in Melbourne. Items were as displayed on the website and delivery was on time and as instructed. From purchase to tracking and delivery, the entire process was easy and recipient was very pleased with the results. I will certainly consider using Flowers Across Melbourne again.

Hello, for the delivery your delivery person did not call, as requested. They just left the flowers at the neighbors house. fortunately, the neighbor was nice and honest and the next day went over to Mr. Cleary Parkers apartment to hand him the flowers. Always call the reciepient to make sure they are home at the time of delivery, unless otherwise instructed.
