Hi, I have used flowers across Melbourne few times and this order I had put my sister in laws old address and therefore it was not delivered to the right place. Even though it was my fault when I emailed the team they sent out another order for my sister in law to the right address which was amazing. I didn’t expect this at all. Thank you so much.

The plants were a lovely arrangement and it was delivered in the morning. However to ensure it was delivered during business hours, I had to pay extra as the potential delivery time was up to 7 pm, and I couldn't risk this. I think it is unreasonable to pay an additional fee to guarantee it was delivered before 5 pm.

Flowers were left through a gateway with no call or notification to the intended recipients, they thankfully came across them accidentally on their way through to their apartment block, the flowers could easily have been picked up by another passerby

My mother loved the flowers. The only thing that I was disappointed about was that the birthday card was ugly, not the one I choose. My mother loves pretty cards.

I was thrilled with the service I received. I had ordered flowers to go to a hospital but between ordering and the delivery the patient had been discharged. The florist rang for a new address for delivery and they were sent the next day as it was late in the day. They followed up with me I didnt have to chase them and it was appreciated. My daughter recommended Flowers Across Melbourne because she has always received great service.
