How far in advance should I order?

We recommend ordering at least 4–6 weeks before your wedding date so we can confirm seasonal availability and hold your delivery window. For peak months or large orders, earlier is better — we'll always tell you honestly if timing is tight.

Do you take a deposit or full payment upfront?

We take full payment when you checkout online, the same as our regular flower orders. That locks in your selections and delivery details so our florists can plan your wedding flowers properly.

What time will flowers arrive on the day?

Wedding orders are delivered on standard delivery windows so our drivers can handle everything carefully. Tell us ceremony vs reception timing in your special instructions and we'll do our best to align with your schedule.

Can I get express delivery for a wedding order?

Wedding flowers need careful handling and coordination, so they're delivered on our standard service only. That helps us make sure everything arrives fresh and intact for your big day.
