Wedding packages FAQ
Straight answers about ordering wedding flowers online — lead times, delivery, changes, and what happens if a bloom isn't in season.
We recommend ordering at least 4–6 weeks before your wedding date so we can confirm seasonal availability and hold your delivery window. For peak months or large orders, earlier is better — we'll always tell you honestly if timing is tight.
We take full payment when you checkout online, the same as our regular flower orders. That locks in your selections and delivery details so our florists can plan your wedding flowers properly.
Yes, within reason — contact us as soon as you can if quantities, delivery address, or timing need updating. Changes close to your wedding date may depend on what's already been ordered from our growers.
Wedding orders are delivered on standard delivery windows so our drivers can handle everything carefully. Tell us ceremony vs reception timing in your special instructions and we'll do our best to align with your schedule.
We build our wedding packages around seasonal availability — that's why each theme shows which months it suits. If a specific bloom isn't available, we'll substitute with something similar in colour and style and keep you in the loop.
Wedding flowers need careful handling and coordination, so they're delivered on our standard service only. That helps us make sure everything arrives fresh and intact for your big day.
Each online wedding order delivers to one address. Need flowers at the ceremony and reception, or buttonholes sent somewhere else? Place a separate order for each address.
Our team monitors conditions on delivery day. If heat or storms could affect your flowers, we'll contact you with options. We pack wedding work with extra care, but it helps to have someone available to receive the delivery.
