We're always grateful for the good reviews, we love it when everything goes smoothly and customers are nice enough to take the time to let us know what a great experience they had. We're also ok with the bad ones, and fortunately they're quite rare, but it allows us to try and put things right and fix any underlying issues.

I am a return customer, having purchased several times in Melbourne as well as Sydney, and will do so again in future as I am generally very happy with choice, quality and service. Only a couple of little things I missed as I had to order from my phone this time. I didn't realize my flowers were white not purple as per the photo online, regardless, they looked beautiful anyway in white, but perhaps try to match where possible, the photo with what customer is ordering. Secondly I added a candle, and only realized later it was the small size which was a little embarrassing as a gift on its own with the flowers, I would have preferred the larger one, so maybe adding size for customer to see. Otherwise as i said very happy.

First time using your services & pleased with the ease of deciding on the arrangement etc. I had to alter the delivery address on the day as my friend was moved to a different area of the hospital but that went really smoothly. I was so happy with the way that was handled. My friend was thrilled with her arrangement.

My sister was a bit shocked at her flowers, she loved the gesture of her gift, however what she received, although as described on the item I ordered, the flowers themselves we’re weirdly tiny, not as pictured.

They were very quick to get back to me after placing my order as more information was required. Flowers were delivered in the requested time slot..flowers were beautiful and fresh...after 4 days some of the flowers are still opening . Very pleased with my purchase.

Fantastic service from Flowers Across Melbourne, i ordered flowers (the florists choice option) for my friend on the Thursday evening around 6pm UK time and the beautiful bouquet was delivered to her address by 11am Friday morning Melbourne time. My friend loved her flowers and they smelled divine she said! I highly recommend Flowers Across Melbourne and will definitely shop with them again!
