I was very impressed by how smooth the process was and how gorgeous the bouquet was - not sure if the example on their website did it justice. I also purchased the bouquet for same day delivery, 5 minutes before the cut off time. I was expecting a call to say that it was too last minute to process the order, but it never came and the flowers arrived at my work within a couple hours. Overall, I would definitely recommend these guys.

When I ordered the flowers there was an error and I was charged for two lots of flowers. I quickly rang your number and the lovely Lady on the other end of the phone arranged my refund effortlessly. The flowers were delivered on the correct day and I was informed every step of the way. You can’t get better service than that. I will be using you again.

I was really impressed by the service given. I received a personal email confirming details about how to access the apartment and an offer to give the recipient’s phone number to ensure if arrived safely. It arrived in time- a rushed order before noon- and the bouquet was beautiful. I will definitely be ordering with Flowers Across Melbourne again and will recommend to my friends.

I have ordered flowers and accompanying gifts from Flowers Across Melbourne on several occasions. The communication, delivery times and products (the recipients have reported the flowers have lasted beyond 4 weeks!) are gold class. Definitely my go-to company!

For me, Flowers Across Melbourne has always been the same since its inception in 2015. I have never thought of changing as their service is always friendly, invaluable, and professional. I live in Denmark now. It is convenient since most of my friends live close by; therefore, I know I won't be overpaying when I buy something from them.

Was really pleased that when I ordered, the order was being delivered the day after, I almost forgot to send them so was really happy with that. The driver delivered them 1 min before due. My sister in law loved them.

I would have liked to have seen a photo of the actual product that was delivered. I received a message from the recipient thanking me for the beautiful flowers so I assume all was well. You’re just never sure whether they are being polite.

As I don’t currently live in Melbourne it’s nice to find a florist that I can deal with directly. This is the second time I have dealt with Flowers Across Melbourne and I am more than pleased with the outcome both times. Beautiful bouquets at reasonable prices! The bouquet I ordered looked exactly like what was advertised on the website. It was delivered on the same day and arrived in perfect condition! Loved how I could track the delivery as well so knew exactly when my friend had received them!
