The wrapping of the bouquet was the wrong color( not similar to the photo) and was too big for the bouquet

The only thing I was very disappointed about is that there was no attempt to contact me or the recipient when the flowers were delivered. They were just dumped in the foyer. Wouldn't recommend your service to anyone after experiencing this.

As always, the service provided on the phone was amazing and the flowers were absolutely stunning and arrived on the day I ordered. The only reason 1 point was lost was that the delivery driver dropped the flowers on the doorstep and didn't knock, therefore the recipient didn't know they were then until I messaged her husband to ask about the flowers which I knew had been delivered. He then went to the door and found them on the doorstep. This was about 5.30pm at night.

I am happy with my few experiences with Flowers Across Melbourne. I live in Sydney and your service is so convenient, and additionally it is more economical than interflora. I really like the fact that I can choose which flowers I want to send and have received photos from the recipient which show the exact order, who has always been very pleased with the condition of the flowers. First time I ordered flowers from here. The experience was fantastic, I ordered online and called to ask a question and the girl I spoke to was so nice and helpful. I actually got what I wanted, they were perfect in colour and size. I asked for photos out of curiosity to see what they look like and I got a photo from the girl I spoke to and the delivery guy. The recipients loved the flowers, they were different. Will definitely come back for all my flowers in future. Thank u for a great service and beautiful flowers.

You are my go to supplier for flowers when I need them sent and cannot deliver in person. I have been using you for many years and never have you presented anything but a beautiful creation, often occasioning such lovely comments from recipients and their visitors. I always opt for Florists Choice as they have the knowledge and skill to put together something that is just exactly right. I consider that I am getting value for money and the delivery charge is most reasonaable. Delivery is always timely, and I appreciate the picture so I can see what has been provided. Just one really happy, satisfied returning customer!

You did what Bloomex tried to do but didn’t….they didn’t deliver the flowers and then tried to get another $15 out of me to deliver them….I lost faith in them.
