The flowers looked great..But I did notice a little rushed in presentation ie:The ribbon tied around the box maybe due to so many orders so close to Mother's day?..But the arrangement was beautifully arranged in the box.My Mother was thoroughly taken aback and loved her surprise.

The photos I uploaded was the arrangement I have been sending my mum from you guys for the last 7 years, she has always been super happy with them. What was delivered on Friday was cheap flowers nothing like what I have received in the past. Has the buisness changed owners, not happy. Andrew

I have never had a bad experience with "Flowers across Melbourne" and have used the site several times. The only observation I have on this occasion is that some flowers in the order were already losing petals by the next morning, which was a bit disappointing to see.

Hello Nadine and team - Mum sent me a photo of her flowers and gifts. She was absolutely delighted, and we were both was very happy with the quality. The tracking system was excellent. Very easy to manage the delivery as I live in Perth and she lives in a retirement complex in Melbourne. Unfortunately the illustration picture was not was delivered. I ordered pink gerberas with greenery and orange chrysanthemums were in the bouquet! My daughter loved them but I was disappointed.
