Your Representative who took my phone order was excellent, patient, helpful with her suggestion and obtained all information correctly. The confirmations to me and the speed of delivery were quite exceptional. The flowers in the arrangement were as I had requested. My only disappointment were the visible string around the arrangement, which looked as if it had just been plonked in the vase and I felt the ribbon on the vase could have been larger & better to camouflage the string. I’m happy for you to only use my appreciative comments. My disappointment is for your benefit, as overall I thought your service was excellent. Thank you

Ordering through Flowers Across Melbourne was seamless and the flowers arrived on the day as promised. The arrangement was beautiful and my friends really appreciated it during a very difficult time.

The only reason I’m not giving full stars is the delivery confirmation. I received the note “Left Safe Front Door,” but there was no photo, knock/doorbell, or confirmation that the recipients actually received them. For a funeral/condolence delivery, that extra reassurance really matters—especially when the flowers could potentially be taken if left unattended.

If they could offer a simple confirmation (photo proof or a quick recipient contact/door knock where appropriate), I’d happily rate them 5 stars. Overall, great service and I would use them again.

Best place to purchase your flowers for any occasion. Value for your money and peace of mind.

As I live in UK it was really easy to sent flowers to my daughter. I ordered in the evening and they arrived the next day. Could not fault the service.

I was pleasantly surprised with the speed at which the flowers arrived. Kate was pleased, and sent a photo of the flowers (which looked good). I didn't see a pic of the baby boy balloon, but assume that arrived too

My son was going on stage for the first time for Anastasia, the musical at The Regent theatre in Melbourne and because he’s a swing, ( someone off stage who covers the onstage performers) we don’t know when he’s on. flowersacrossmelbourne were able to organise a beautiful bouquet of flowers and have them delivered to stage door.

I really loved the flowers I picked but when I saw then in real life they were a lot smaller than I thought they would be. No ones fault as I should have checked the size but didnt.
