Overall satisfied, I felt arrangements looked scabby a few more flowers would of been nice

The product received was much smaller than the photo on your website of the lady holding the vase. This gift was basically smaller vase and squashed in orchid. I'm disappointed.

Everything went well, recipient and family loved the flowers and gifts. If there was one suggestion, perhaps putting in the measurements of teddy bears and qty of the candies on the packaging or description might help in future. Customers then know if the gifts cater to recipient needs. Also the flowers somehow looked like they had wilting petals…

I was very disappointed with the flowers I received. The flowers delivered were much smaller than the size shown on the website, and they did not look like what I expected based on the photos. Considering the price I paid, I don’t feel they were worth the money at all. I could have bought similar flowers elsewhere for around half the price. I expected the arrangement to match the size and quality advertised on the website.

I cannot honestly rate you as I did not see what was actually delivered. Whilst it was easy to order I would have loved to have seen whether it was the same or resembled the image that I ordered from. I appreciate that it was delivered the same day as ordered and the ease of ordering.

Loved the fact the delivery was able to be tracked, and the instructions were followed by the driver.

I have not seen the arrangement but the recipient said they were beautiful.
I love how I received an email advising me that the flowers had been delivered with the time and that they were actually handed to the recipient,

I’m in the uk, you did a great job at short notice and although I didn’t see the flowers the comments were very positive. Thank you for doing everything you said you’d do.
My only feedback back is that on my order I asked if would be possible to make the delivery before the funeral service time of 1.55 (I booked the before 2pm delivery) you did keep me informed with delivery tracking but might have been nice to message to say you’d be doing your best to etc . . . ie a personal touch

If you look at the image the delivery person has posted on your website, it doesn't look like the image I thought I'd get. The flowers were droopy so not really fabulous. A bit disappointing. This happened when I received from Flowers Across Sydney, their flowers looked old but thought it might have been a one off. So sorry not really 100% happy.

Use the service regularly as it you get real value for money. Beautiful arrangements at a great price and your delivery fees are better than any other place and your arrangements are superior as well.

Was happy with the ordering process and comms, and quick and timeous delivery was excellent. Expected a slightly bigger bunch for the money. Freshness and arrangement was quality.

I am very disappointed as the orchid was delivered damaged with a broken stem of flowers as per the photo. The break does not look recent as the broken stem is very dry. See attached photo.
Please reply with some sort of recompense
