Quite expensive as bouquet seems small. But overall service very good

The flowers I ordered looked like they where 2 days old and not fresh

Flowers were old and not fresh. Left in sun and Tim Tams all melted and were not salvageable

I saw Scottish thistles I an arrangement of your, whitch was perfect for my recipient, except for colour. Chat advised to order the arrangement I wanted and then, go into delivery instructions and send a message stating I wanted Scottish thistles included and wild daisies. Not only was the flowers not the right colour but there was no thistle flower heads or daisies. Very, very disappointing .

I recently received flowers which were delivered by your companym I was so impressed it was an easy choice to have you deliver flowers to our friend.

I am very happy with the service that you give, always gets delivered on the day asked. I asked for an early delivery and it was done. I find that the cost of flowers is expensive but they are better then some places.

I was very very happy with the delivery of the flowers and it was sooo good I was able to message the driver while tracking the delivery from NZ & he was kind enough to reply and deliver the flowers earlier than expected :-)
I would like to mention tho it might be an idea not to mention to the recipient of the flowers who the flowers are from as it is more of a surprise to find out who they’re from when recipient reads the card but other than that amazing service & a gorgeous arrangement of flowers for my daughters birthday. Thankyou so much :-)

It would have been nice if driver knocked and handed flowers to person, the door was open and they were just left near the door, no knock or anything which was disappointing and I thought flowers might have looked a bit more lovely with florist choice, probably a bit overpriced for what was received compared to where I usually order. I probably won't order from there again. The process to order was easy though

I was happy to find a flower and gift delivery that suited a loved one in hospital. Herbal teas, vegan & gluten free treats. The recipient was delighted to receive the gorgeous flowers and gifts to make their hospital stay a brighter one.

Delivery could have been better, the flowers were left at the door without ringing the doorbell. There was a car in the driveway and someone was home. They only knew of the delivery because they saw the delivery person walk past the window, if they hadn't seen them then the flowers probably wouldn't have been seen until the next day.

The flowers that were delivered to my daughter were really beautiful; however, they did not come with a vase, I ordered the Florist Choice Vase (Delux).
