Your service and products are outstanding. I sent the crochetd flowers to my granddaughter for a surprise on her 7th birthday. She absolutely loved them and was super excited to get her own delivery at the door 💐

I loved that you called to confirm the name of the recipient. The flowers were so fresh that the buds had not opened yet, so was an attractive vase of greenery. The lillies and the sunflowers started opening as they went home from the hospital. My daughter was thrilled with the colours and the timing of the opening of the buds.

the flowers were not delivered at proper address. Today I asked my sis if she received flowers. unfortunately she was forced to walk around the neighbourhood and looked for the hosue from the runner's photos. and asked strange people to get her back her flowers. moreover they threw away the gift card.

This is the second time I ordering from you’ll since I was satisfied from the first time but then this time I was disappointed with the order as it didn’t look anything like in the picture I ordered a light colored flower bouquet and my friend has received vibrant colored flowers. Other than that ordering to delivering was great just that complete different bouquet was disappointing as it’s not what I paid for. I ordered this online from Sri Lanka to my best friend’s birthday who’s living in Melbourne.

I was very happy with the entire process, and the ability to talk with someone on the phone was great! My only small disappointment was the size and quantity of the sunflowers was less than expected based on your image.

The advised estimate on delivery time was a little off the mark but there are several factors that could account for this. It would help if it could be a little more accurate as without giving away the reason I needed the recipient to be home, it was difficult to ensure she would be.
