Website was very easy to navigate. Everything was explained about each bouquet that was available. Next day delivery was promised and it was delivered in great time to our friends. Communication by email stating the time it was delivered was a thoughtful gesture.

I had put the wrong surname and I was contacted to check it out to make sure my delivery was sent to the correct person. Very impressed

Brilliant service start to finish. Flowers were delivered directly to recipient within approximately 2hrs. They look exactly as the picture on the website- actually a bit better!

Fabulous I orders at 7.30 pm the night before and it arrived the next day at 11 am

Hi - just checked with my sister and a week on from delivery the arrangement is still going strong, and the balloon is still floating. Sorry, no pictures. It was fabulous to have the website images to make my selection, and the multiple updates to have confidence that the delivery was occuring.
My sister did mention that the delivery was left in her carport and not at her front door, luckily she went downstairs to grab something from her car so it wasn't there for too long, so just a bit of feedback about whether that might have been a theft risk left in a public area. But all good - and the balloon option brought great joy so being prompted for that in the sale was great. Thanks again.

My mum used to purchase flowers for me from your business until she passed away. They were always beautiful. I just felt the arrangement was not full for the price I paid.
I had purchased from you also before for less money and the arrangement was so much bigger with more volume. Thankyou
