I was disappointed with the delivery this time, after being happy with the reliability of previous orders. The recipient had to arrive home after a hospital appointment and I had made a note to request a late afternoon delivery, knowing that your website states delivery up to 7pm for residential addresses. I also understand there is no guaranteed delivery time. When I did not receive a live tracking link (as per previous orders), I went on the online chat and I was assured that I would receive a photo of the delivery confirmation via text or email.

I had to call when I received an email without a photo to show delivery. There was an issue and I did not receive a text. After calling again, I received an email with a WebP file attachment. The file format might be why I did not receive an SMS confirmation.

It was frustrating to have to follow up several times for visual proof of delivery and the information given on the online chat was incorrect.
A team member explained that an internal driver made the delivery and the photo/s were in your internal system.

Very easy to order and have a tracking which makes it easy for me to know it’s delivered

Absolutely outstanding! The flowers were absolutely stunning—fresh, vibrant, and even more beautiful than the photos online. The arrangement exceeded all my expectations.

Recommendation to send a text message to sender to let them know it have arrived. Not just an email.

The friend who received the flowers was so thrilled for the gift. The presentation was perfect. I would only have one suggestion that a small amount of oasis in the bottom of the vase would have stopped the orchids from moving around
so much.

Nothing at all absolutely brilliant

My only feedback would be that it should have been delivered earlier - it was delivered just before 6pm on my Mum's birthday. However, she loved the flowers and they still looked good today (I just saw them when I called Mum).

I asked for bright flowers. Thought there may have been some orange, yellow and purple. There was also also of eucalyptus.

I ordered online and the value for money seemed good compared to other online Florists and I am very happy with the arrangement that was delivered. The delivery address was difficult to enter, so the Florist phoned me to check details and the order was delivered.
