I have used Flowers across Melbourne numerous times now and would never use anyone else. The value for money, the friendly and efficient staff, the timeliness of the deliveries and the quality of their flowers. If I have a query, which I definitely have had, they come straight back with answers and are very accommodating. I cannot thank them enough for all the flowers I have sent through them. These were to thank my aunts for all their help and support this year, losing both my Mum and Dad. My aunts adored them.

You provide a good service. I find it very useful, as I live in NZ and have a daughter who lives in Melbourne. It is an easy way to send her flowers for special occasions and the flowers get delivered on time.
Your website is helpful in that it has good images of the floral designs, size options etc.

I was very satisfied with my flower order. I ordered on Christmas Eve and had it delivered the same day. The arrangement was perfect.

I realised I had forgotten to send my Mum flowers / treat for Christmas and only ordered the day before. So impressed that they took my order and even delivered it early. Awesome

I ordered from the UK and had problems with payment (my end) which meant I ordered the items twice. FAM emailed me immediately advising me that I had obviously made a mistake and refunded me on one order . The communication received from order to delivery was superb. The flowers were beautiful and my little grandson adores his new pussycat. Thank you so much FAM for bringing my family closer over Christmas.

I would have liked a photo of what was made up and delivered, as I have no idea what the recipients flower arrangement looked like.
