All kinds of questions pop up, such as - will they arrive on the right day? Will they look like the picture, or will there be substitutions? What happens if there's a delivery problem, and how will i know they've arrived?
Let's face it, most websites are only going to show the best reviews for their own service, so in the interests of transparency and helping to give you a more informed purchase decision, we've come up with this page which shows UNFILTERED customer reviews.
That's right, all of them! from customers who have given us permission to use them. We don't cherry pick the good from the bad.
We're always grateful for the good reviews, it's really great when everything goes smoothly and customers are nice enough to take the time to let us know what a great experience they had. We're also ok with the bad ones, and fortunately they're quite rare, but it allows us to try and put things right and fix any underlying issues.
The delivery riders should be oriented about proper handling of flowers and delivering them.
I had been the recipient of a FlowersacrossBrisbane and thought I’d see if there was a Melbourne equivalent. There was! ….and my recipient loved them.

Friendly, local service, easy to use website. Ideal for when you are sending flowers to someone further away. I have used them several times now and great, consistent service.
Exceptional customer service by Bella and Natalie.
My only criticism is that the flower arrangement I chose as pictured was not the colours that were delivered. Please update your website photos to match order. If colour unavailable it should not come up as an option.

It was very easy to order, the flowers were beautiful, and delivered on time. I did wonder however about the quantity of the roses delivered. There appeared to be nine, however the description on your website specifically states 12 roses.

First time using 'flowers across melbourne'. Easy to order online. Delivery was on time. Very happy with the service, will definitely use them again.
I had forgotten to sign the card with my name but didn’t worry about it as I assumed my name and details would have been shown as who the flowers were from, this didn’t happen so the recipient didn’t know who the flowers were from. Perhaps going forward this could be shown.
Disappointed with the quantity of flowers for $80 and &12 delivery
Way to expensive I have a florist I use but they were on holidays I would get close to double that amount for that price
