The service provided was second to none. We exchanged a number of emails/texts. One item which was ordered on line, was not available but contact was made with me by the team and it was substituted with an equal value item. Delivered on time as promised and they were kind enough to send me a photo of the final look of the gift. The recipients were very appreciative - they said it brightened their day.

Delivery was prompt and efficient, card nicely written as instructed, however the flowers were not good value for the money I paid in retrospect. I was disappointed with how sparse they were, considering these were for a dear friend who had lost her mother .

I have two suggestions to further improve your services and make your Products more competitive.
1) Explore possibilities if your deliveries can be made in pre-lunch session (before 12.00 noon) on the Birthday date. In my opinion Flowers delivered for the occasion of Birthday in the evening after the whole day passes by loses it's charm.
2) If there is any possibility make prices more attractive or load more goodies (reasonably) in the Product Basket so that Customers consider it value for money.

Fast efficient and beautiful

Got these flowers for my mum for her birthday last week. Safe to say she was pretty disappointed. Think she had to throw them out the next day because they were already on their way out.

Safe to say I probably won’t purchase from this company when trying to organise something nice.

At least the delivery was straightforward and prompt.

Did not read the message that the flowers should have been delivered on the 4th February 2026 as the recipient was going away
