Wonderful service. Flowers were ordered in Ireland and were delivered in Melbourne a few hours and on a Sunday too !!

My daughter was. So thrilled with the flowers, unfortunately I didn’t take any pictures but they were beautiful. The bouquet was larger than I expected, just stunning. Delivery was on time. Website easy to navigate. Thank you 🤩 x

there was a situation with the first attempt to deliver, but they were very supportive and helpful and it was accomplished in the second attempt. Great service.

The flowers are fresh and look like the photos.
On days when the weathers hot, thank you for asking if I still wanted delivery as the flowers can whither in the heat if left outside.

The website was easy to navigate. My friend was very happy with her flowers. My only reason for not giving 10 for my overall experience is that I was sent an email to tell me the flowers had been delivered to my friend on the afternoon of my chosen day, I thought that’s great! My friend thanked me for the flowers the day after, which she said had come that morning!! I presume they were left somewhere for her to find! Other than that I was very happy with the service, and of course the flowers.

Was very pleased, ordered on line I’ve never done it before was made so easy. They delivered early next day, soo happy with arrangement, I added a teddy and balloon was easy to do as was the note to attach. Definitely use again . Thanks

I ordered two bouquet of flowers to be delivered to a restaurant in Crown for a 60th birthday and provided the restaurant name specifically to the business. The driver delivered it to the Crown Towers Hotel and when the concierge told him it was the wrong place and he needed to deliver it to the restaurant address specified on the instructions, he refused to and gave them to the concierge. He did not attempt to call me or the business owner. I rang to complain today and the staff (Lulu) who picked up acknowledged my complaint but was defensive and seemed to be making excuses for the driver and said that address was confusing for the driver when she googled it. But I reiterated that I specially mentioned the name of the restaurant the flowers should be delivered to the specified location but she wasn't actively listening. I also mentioned that a birthday cake that was ordered with the same address provided was delivered promptly to the restaurant with no issues and the driver even called to make sure I received the cake. This service is terrible and unacceptable and has infuriated me greatly. The staff was not so much interested in the feedback and seem to be suggesting that the address was not clear to the driver. If that is so, how did the other delivery driver for the cake ensured that the delivered the cake to the right location at Crown. I also mentioned in the instructions to contact me should the flowers delivery person had issues finding the restaurant. Clearly the driver was not competent. Also back to the staff taking the call today, I felt she was being defensive and making excuses for the driver. This is extremely disappointing that despite my calling the business first to provide my feedback, I wasn't listened to. I will NOT be using their service ever again!!!

Flowers looked even better than the picture. Easy to order, even from the US. The recipient even got a message to see if she'd be home so the flowers weren't left outside during the extreme heat.

No very good service

I sent two beautiful, preserved roses to my aunties for how wonderful they were when we lost my Mum and Dad in 2025. I then nominated my wonderful sister for the GIVR program. My sister received a wonderful Bouquet of flowers for free to say thank you for all she has done during this horrible year. I cannot thank Flowers across Melbourne enough for all they have done, assisting me with my delivery and the gorgeous bouquet my sister received. I have used flowers across Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane and would honestly not use any other florist.

The flowers were beautiful and exactly as depicted in the website photos. The price was also very reasonable compared to other similar arrangements with other floral companies. Thankyou very much! My mother was very happy with her surprise delivery of flowers.
