The flowers delivered were very poor, it was actually a disgraceful bunch of flowers with literally 5-6 stems. Exceptionally poor value for the price and honestly, you've lost further business as this was a first time and I was hoping we could use your services more often. I would never recommend anyone to use your website. Honestly, we should be getting a better bunch of flowers to compensate for this. Poor value for the money paid. I could get a much better bunch elsewhere for the price.

Really appreciate your help getting flowers delivered to my Mum and they looked beautiful. Super helpful that you checked the address and updated to deliver to Mums work due to the timing of the delivery. Made it all very easy :)

The service was exceptional, the balloon and bouquet were beautifully presented. I received a photograph of the delivery and to top it off it was all prepared and delivered on a Sunday.
