Let's face it, most websites are only going to show the best reviews for their own service, so in the interests of transparency and helping to give you a more informed purchase decision, we've come up with this page which shows UNFILTERED customer reviews.
That's right, all of them! from customers who have given us permission to use them. We don't cherry pick the good from the bad.
We're always grateful for the good reviews, it's really great when everything goes smoothly and customers are nice enough to take the time to let us know what a great experience they had. We're also ok with the bad ones, and fortunately they're quite rare, but it allows us to try and put things right and fix any underlying issues.

The flowers were for my mum who is in aged care. I liked that it was a colourful modern arrangement and my mum loved them too. Easy to phone order with your service. Very friendly and helpful voice on the other end of the phone
Delivery time was a little late for my liking, especially on Valentines Day. But beautiful none the less
I've been ordering from Flowers Across Melbourne but this recently delivery was a little bit of disappointment as the flowers that we've got were not as fresh as it should be. It appears to be a soiled and prepared days before.

I was happy with the roses, the only thing that was disappointing this year was I couldn’t change the colour to her preferred colour because of Valentine’s Day I would have thought at the cost of $267 I could choose my colour
The only thing I am not happy about is that the flowers don't look like the photo. I understand the Lillie's have not opened up but I was expecting them to already be blossoming upon delivery.
Shipped too late at 9.30 on Valentine day?? Just got delivery refund?? Who need the flower after a date??
