Very good and reliable service. The flowers were beautiful and I was kept updated throughout. The only thing that could be improved was the delivery driver actually knocking the door on delivery. He just left the flowers at the door step.

Beautiful sunflowers. Well presented abd delivrred as all my requests. Very impressive.

The team were very efficient letting me know that an item was unavailable and offered a substitute. They even phoned me to make sure I was happy with the choice .

Your delivery guy just left the basket of flowers on the brick fence without informing my sister who was at home at the time of delivery

I put a note to ring the door bell and hand over the flowers, but still it was kept at the door and for a long time my friend did not even realise that the flowers are delivered. When I checked the delivery message, I called her and then she found the flowers. So, whatever note I added, was not followed.

I order every year for my husband’s anniversary, this year they were horrible compared to last years … was so embarrassed to place them near my husband

The issue is just in the packaging, it didn’t show that my wife got 6 roses to be shown off for picture but only shown 1, but everything else is good, the flower quality and the delivery time is great.

From start to finish the process was amazing I don’t live in Syd but was so easy to order them and the tracking option is amazing

Flowers looked like they had more greenery in them instead of blue and white flowers.
The delivery person did not ring the doorbell and just left them at the front door at 6pm (they were home)
At 9pm I noticed i had an email showing they had been delivered so I contacted the people receiving them and they went and checked and they had been left at door.

Delivery was prompt and followed instructions
