Easy experience. Impressed as I ordered on the day I wanted them delivered and I was not disappointed. I got exactly what I ordered and the flowers were fresh and Beautiful. My sister loved the arrangement and she will be using Flowers Across Melbourne from now on.

I have used Flowers across Melbourne numerous times now and would never use anyone else. The value for money, the friendly and efficient staff, the timeliness of the deliveries and the quality of their flowers. If I have a query, which I definitely have had, they come straight back with answers and are very accommodating. I cannot thank them enough for all the flowers I have sent through them. These were to thank my aunts for all their help and support this year, losing both my Mum and Dad. My aunts adored them.

I guess you can never make a floral arrangement exactly the same. It was Xmas period. I needed to send flowers for condolences from Sydney to Melbourne. I ordered online but I also called. I left a message not thinking I would get a call back but within less than half an hour I received the call back. She was lovely and told me that they would do the very best considering the public holidays. My cousins in Melbourne were very happy with the floral arrangement they received. And this for me was a Releif. As I know that I would have been told by my cousin if they were not. Keep up the great work flowers across Melbourne. And would I order again most definitely.

I have used flowers across Melbourne previously with great satisfaction but this has been a very disappointing experience. The flowers were not delivered to Judy in the hospital and I have only just found out. I am very disappointed that she did not receive the arrangement !
