Arrived on time. Lovely flowers

I can't fault the florist but I can fault the delivery person. They didn't knock or ring the door bell. Because I was notified by email that the flowers were delivered, I then informed my sister to check the front door. It was good that the flowers were left unattended for 30mins. Just hoping that more care was addressed, if you understand what I mean.

Flowers were droopy and petals falling off when they were delivered. Not great considering they were for my daughter to say congratulations. Very disappointed.

FLOWERS ACROSS BRISBANE
The flowers we sent to our beautiful 8-year-old grandchildren (14th & 17th March) were absolutely perfect. Bright & happy! Seeing their big smiles when they received them meant the world to us. Thank you for helping us send something so special. You made our 2 little grandchildren feel very big and very loved!

i don't think the delivery person rang the bell. they just left the flowers at the door. the recipient found them the next day. i wasn't too happy about that.

Sent when promised

Unfortunately I had an incorrect address for the flower delivery, you called to inform me of this, you were prepared to return to pick up the flowers again and deliver to the correct address. You also offered to make a new arrangement if the flowers could not be found. It all worked out well and my friend loved the arrangement. Thank you for keeping me informed. I’ve used your services many times and will continue to do so. 😊

i ordered a pastel box but asked for brighter colours if possible and they arrived with the most beautiful yellow oranges and reds
