It would help if your website showed items which had been "recently viewed". I generally consider quite a few items under each category before making a decision and would appreciate a quick way of going back to those items I had looked at rather than having to go back to the start of the page and working my way through it all again. I've also noticed that when I've looked at something and I click the back arrow I am returned to the beginning of the page rather than the last point I was at - frustrating.

The flowers were lovely but my mother was discussed that the delivery driver left them on the footpath when indicated by phone while outside the house to leave them at the front door in the shade. I have complained and this is the 3rd time your delivery drivers have let your company down.

Delivery driver was also very lovely. Great service would recommend.

Very happy with the flowers - mum said they look amazing, and smell wonderful!

Also very happy with the communication - email to say it’s on its way, then a confirmation email to follow.

Nothing else to say except I was pleasantly surprised at the ease of purchase although delivery wasn’t until after 6pm. As my Mum is elderly she wouldn’t have answered the door at that time of the day.
