Great service

All the info I needed was clearly set out on the website to arrange delivery to the hospital. No calls or emails required and the flowers were delivered the same day! Thanks so much

Whist the ease of the transaction and speed of delivery was good, the flowers as pictured by the delivery driver did not meet my expectations of the flowers that were represented by the item I chose on the website. Whilst I understood the flowers, and the colours would be the florist's choice, the size of the arrangement was not the same as what was indicated on the website. Either your pictures on the website are misleading, your florists are skimping on the arrangements or both. I would be reluctant to use again.

Product exactly as advertised, excellent communication! Will definately be utilising this platform again.

I chose a bunch of flowers based mainly on the rich vibrant orange colour. The bunch delivered was yellow. I was disappointed to see that from the photo. I am positive that I did not select florists choice. If not in stock, I should have received a text or call to choose something else.

A photo of the flower arrangement when sent or before sent so we can see what they look like would be nice, otherwise everything was very quick and efficient

Sent flowers for my mom, I ordered it the day before, and they delivered it perfectly, you can choose the date you want the flowers delivered, the process was smooth, I did everything on the website and didn’t need to talk to anyone, the flowers were beautiful, the gifts variety were lovely, the packaging was really nice, and they print out your message, it made her day.
