We're always grateful for the good reviews, it's really great when everything goes smoothly and customers are nice enough to take the time to let us know what a great experience they had. We're also ok with the bad ones, and fortunately they're quite rare, but it allows us to try and put things right and fix any underlying issues.

value for money is not great. flower is alright. but does it look like there is $59 worth of chocolates in it ? i don’t think so. just bunch of timtams 😅

Great service, easy to arrange and perfectly on time. It can be hard to pick plants online. She loved the gifts, the plant looks great and the crochet bouquet of flowers is adorable and unique. Thanks so much!
Not the most expensive of choices but process of ordering and delivery was smooth, prompt and efficient. And the photo my daughter sent me was exactly what I had chosen. So we are very happy. Thank you.
There was all green in the flowers and about 8 flowers definitely not worth the money should have gone elsewhere

I used flowers across Melbourne not Brisbane as stated in the survey. I have used this company several times and it is my go to florist for deliveries for quality and value for money. Only thing it would be nice to get a photo of the product before or when delivered to see it as sometimes I won't get to see it. You do an amazing job and would definetly recommend flowers accross melbourne.
