We're always grateful for the good reviews, it's really great when everything goes smoothly and customers are nice enough to take the time to let us know what a great experience they had. We're also ok with the bad ones, and fortunately they're quite rare, but it allows us to try and put things right and fix any underlying issues.

Flowers Across Melbourne are priced at such a fair price point and I made a mistake when placing my order on-online by entering the wrong delivery address and it was so easy to update these details by calling their support team, who were so helpful. This didn't delay the delivery time, and our recipient was so happy with the flower they received. Will definitely order from Flowers Across Melbourne again 💐💝

thank you. My sister was very happy with the flowers. She collects succulents and she said these were a nice change up.
I just wanted to say thankyou very much for the ease, value and care your team provided.
The flowers were a great price for what I ordered, I absolutely loved the little complimentary surprise of chocolate that came along with the flowers at no extra cost.
The chocolates were eaten the same day and I was told they tasted amazing.
Paying from a different currency was also hasslefree as this was a concern I thought I might have as well.
From browsing the website to making payment - everything was so easy to use.
