It was a very good experience. Just a small suggestion about the website. Users wouldn't know whether a card with messages would be included with the flowers till the item is added to the cart and they are taken to the order page. It would be helpful if the inclusion of the card is mentioned before, at the very beginning.

I have used your services before and therefore had no hesitation in turning back to you. I love how easy it is to navigate your website and customise items. A suggestion i would like to make is that once an item has been selected and added to the cart, there needs to be a button that allows you to continue shopping as this is particularly useful when adding other items to the cart. Other than that Im once again quite impressed by the quality of the arrangements, the speedy delivery process and the ability to get notifications on the status of my order. I was super impressed by flowers across Melbourne! I wanted to sent flowers to a cousin and as I had never sent flowers to Melbourne before, I checked the web.

The prices were reasonable, with many styles to choose from. I ordered before 2pm and was very happy to hear they arrived at 430pm.

They looked lovely and mine were the 1st flowers she received.

I highly recommend this florist and will use them again.
