I was very impressed from the start of going on line to order and the update of delivery and the value for money

disappointed with part of the delivery process. Flowers were delivered with no card. The recipient had to call and was sent the card details the following day. Sort of defeats the purpose of sending on the day of the birthday, when the recipient has no idea where they came fom. I have used your services several times to order flowers etc for my employer and there has never been an issue.

Our daughter had just received the news that her Breast Cancer results were positive so this brightened her up a bit as she loves sunflowers. 🌻 we are pensioners and the price was ok for us to manage. Cheers and thank you.

I am very happy with the service that you give, always gets delivered on the day asked. I asked for an early delivery and it was done. I find that the cost of flowers is expensive but they are better then some places.

Deliver was very fast, I expected 2-7PM. Yet they arrived at 11:30AM.

Quite expensive as bouquet seems small. But overall service very good

The flowers I ordered looked like they where 2 days old and not fresh

Flowers were old and not fresh. Left in sun and Tim Tams all melted and were not salvageable

I saw Scottish thistles I an arrangement of your, whitch was perfect for my recipient, except for colour. Chat advised to order the arrangement I wanted and then, go into delivery instructions and send a message stating I wanted Scottish thistles included and wild daisies. Not only was the flowers not the right colour but there was no thistle flower heads or daisies. Very, very disappointing .
