We're always grateful for the good reviews, we love it when everything goes smoothly and customers are nice enough to take the time to let us know what a great experience they had. We're also ok with the bad ones, and fortunately they're quite rare, but it allows us to try and put things right and fix any underlying issues.

very small arrangement for $50 plus delivery - literally 4 strands and so it looked tiny in a vase and i was a bit shocked as expected long lustrous strands of orchids - it was for a special birthday so i wanted the orange/purple vibrancy but expected more volume, it looked stingy

I had selected your White Selection bouquet simply because white is the preferred colour for this Asian funeral. I note the description includes “mixed pastel” but unfortunately white was not the dominant colour on delivery. White flowers were in fact very few. If I had known, I would have easily chosen other bouquets with pastel colours instead of spending so much time trawling through your website to look for “White” bouquets. I believe your banner description “White Serenity” is completely misleading. I felt very very disappointed. Had someone reached out to me before delivery to explain that white flowers are not difficult to source perhaps due to season, this would have managed expectations. But no one bothered. Due to your misrepresentation and also your lack of customer service, I am never going to use your services again. I am using other online providers as from now. Thank you.

I wanted a 18th birthday balloon but you didn't have one on your website so was really dissapointed with that but the flowers and chocolate bouquet was lovely. I liked the email telling me it was delivered. My granddaughter was very happy with them
