Well … the arrangement didn’t have the card on it! So they had no idea who it was from or the message from us.
I actually had to phone her and ask if she had received flowers from us. She had received many floral arrangements that day. I sent her a photo and she said “oh maybe it is this one that didn’t have a card at all”. Very disappointing!.

I wouldn’t use these ones again. I feel they let me down.
