I have been sending Flowers Across Melbourne from here in the UK on special occasions for a number of years now and not once in all that time have I ever been disappointed with the quality or delivery of my flowers

I just wish that pictures were a true representation of what will be delivered.

Ordering online was a little complicated because I ordered the flowers and then the accessories separately at first and then had to re-process the whole order to make sure all items were included. Also would be good if actual designed cards were provided.

Used your website a couple times, the process is seamless, and being able to interact with the tracking throughout the day is fantastic. Whilst the price of flowers is a little steep, when you counter in the quality of service, and speed of delivery, I'm more than happy to pay. Overall superb service!

No note was attached to the flowers. This is the second order that a note was attached so the person didn't know where they came from.
