Will definitely use again.

The flowers were delivered to the wrong house. My daughter had to go and get them from where they were left.

I have ordered from Flowers Across Sydney previously and have always been very happy with the quality, including my most recent order prior to this one, a stunning set of lilies (Order #1668135).

Unfortunately, I was quite disappointed with my latest order (Order #1677073), which included lilies and irises and was delivered to my partner on 7 September. By the 8th–9th, several of the flowers were already noticeably dying and deteriorating.

I have attached photos taken on 9 September which show the condition of the arrangement only two days after delivery.

Given how impressed I was with my previous order, I was disappointed that this arrangement did not seem to have the same freshness or longevity. I wanted to provide this feedback and would appreciate you looking into what may have happened with this particular order.

The flowers were delivered with no message as to whom it was from.

Your delivery guy just left the basket of flowers on the brick fence without informing my sister who was at home at the time of delivery

Its not the first time I have ordered with yourselves I am very happy with how prompt the service is and the drivers send pictures and delivery etc. It gives every customer peace of mind thank you. 🙏

I put a note to ring the door bell and hand over the flowers, but still it was kept at the door and for a long time my friend did not even realise that the flowers are delivered. When I checked the delivery message, I called her and then she found the flowers. So, whatever note I added, was not followed.

I order every year for my husband’s anniversary, this year they were horrible compared to last years … was so embarrassed to place them near my husband

The issue is just in the packaging, it didn’t show that my wife got 6 roses to be shown off for picture but only shown 1, but everything else is good, the flower quality and the delivery time is great.

From start to finish the process was amazing I don’t live in Syd but was so easy to order them and the tracking option is amazing

Flowers looked like they had more greenery in them instead of blue and white flowers.
The delivery person did not ring the doorbell and just left them at the front door at 6pm (they were home)
At 9pm I noticed i had an email showing they had been delivered so I contacted the people receiving them and they went and checked and they had been left at door.
