So glad you deliver to hospitals next day. My friend's mum had 2 strokes and is in rehab on her birthday. We live very far in Springvale and we were not permitted to visit her. She was very happy with her flower arrangement. Thank you.

As always my flowers were delivered on time on the day requested and received an email/message to let me know when they had been delivered.

Personally I do not like fresh flowers that have been dyed a stronger colour and I would request next time that a natural, undyed flower be substituted for the large pink chrysanthemum (I think).

Would definitely us Flowers Across Melbourne again. Flowers were exactly as pictured on website. Was able to track flowers to address and notified when delivered. Very happy with service.

I was asked to prove a phone number of the recipient, specifically so they could be contacted on delivery. They were never contacted and the flowers were just left in the apartment foyer. Very disappointed with delivery service.

Flowers smell was really bad (like robber or so), so we have to put the basket away to outside of apartments and wait, but flowers themself looked good

I was very disappointed with the arrangement I received. The flowers were already half dead and the stems for multiple of the flowers were broken. More than 60% of the bouquet died by the 2nd day.
This was especially disappointing given that the flowers were for an extremely special occasion between me and my girlfriend.
It soured the moment quite a lot.

Affordable, easy and incredibly quick! I haven’t done this much so was relieved delivery to a hospital was straight forward

I wish I could upload the flowers. The flowers are kept near the apartment's post box. When my daughter came back from work to pick up the flowers, they were missing. Someone in the apartment had taken the flowers. It is our bad luck. I have been using Flowers Across Melbourne for almost eight years, and I am happy with the service and commitment.

Only thing l was disappointed with was the delivery.
The occupants of the house was home and the delivery driver didn't ring the door bell, so the flowers werenor seen till 4 hours after delivery. The photos sent shows the cars in the drive way.
