Easy to use and a great selection of flower arrangements.

I’m very happy with every aspect - from finding what I want on the website, ordering and delivery. It was all very easy to do and the delivery was very quick. I liked the updates telling me the flowers were on the way and when they arrived. Flowers and chocolates were for a 90yo. I noticed that there were a few orders from Flowers Across Melbourne for the same person and all the bouquets were very nice. THANK YOU!

Great service

Whist the ease of the transaction and speed of delivery was good, the flowers as pictured by the delivery driver did not meet my expectations of the flowers that were represented by the item I chose on the website. Whilst I understood the flowers, and the colours would be the florist's choice, the size of the arrangement was not the same as what was indicated on the website. Either your pictures on the website are misleading, your florists are skimping on the arrangements or both. I would be reluctant to use again.
