A photo of the delivery would be nice, although not essential. As a flower giver, you don't get to see what you have actually gifted.

I was really happy with the process itself. However, I wasn’t happy with the final product that was delivered as they were not like the picture of the flowers I selected on the website, different colour scheme and everything. That was disappointing because the website and delivery was easy to navigate. I’d appreciate a response to this by email, if there’s an explanation to why this occurred. Thank you

Unfortunately the first order did not get delivered to Robert in hospital as I had to ask him if he received our gift which he said no. I contacted Flowers with Melbourne again and they made up another order and delivered it to Robert the next day, unfortunately it was no longer a surprise for Robert which was extremely disappointing for us. I appreciate they arranged another order for Robert. I would love to know what happened to the first gift.
