All kinds of questions pop up, such as - will they arrive on the right day? Will they look like the picture, or will there be substitutions? What happens if there's a delivery problem, and how will i know they've arrived?
Let's face it, most websites are only going to show the best reviews for their own service, so in the interests of transparency and helping to give you a more informed purchase decision, we've come up with this page which shows UNFILTERED customer reviews.
That's right, all of them! from customers who have given us permission to use them. We don't cherry pick the good from the bad.
We're always grateful for the good reviews, it's really great when everything goes smoothly and customers are nice enough to take the time to let us know what a great experience they had. We're also ok with the bad ones, and fortunately they're quite rare, but it allows us to try and put things right and fix any underlying issues.
I live in Adelaide and I regularly order from Flowers Across Melbourne for my stepmother in Melbourne. She is always happy with the flowers she receives and delivery is always reliable.
I used flowers across Sydney. And now Flowers across Melbourne. A reasonable good price and just wonderful flowers. So easy to order and delivered as per request. Keep doing what your doing .

Yes I wasn’t expecting that what you delivered is not the same as the photo that you have in the website . I was so discourage. I emailed the photo that you delivered and the photo that is in your website .

I had an issue with some of the roses initially but they were replaced the next day. Couldn’t be happier with the service provided. Also the flowers are stunning.
These flowers were over $100 - for 3 roses. My husband bought me a dozen roses for less this week. They’re lovely but absolutely not value for money. Website easy to use and delivery great
I'm in Canada, & I can't always contact my Aussie friends to ensure they're home for the flower delivery. They might be off in Tasmania or searching for fairy penguins.... lol. So I always appreciate that you call them ahead- so porch pirates or other creeps don't steal their flowers.
