A photo of the flower arrangement when sent or before sent so we can see what they look like would be nice, otherwise everything was very quick and efficient

Sent flowers for my mom, I ordered it the day before, and they delivered it perfectly, you can choose the date you want the flowers delivered, the process was smooth, I did everything on the website and didn’t need to talk to anyone, the flowers were beautiful, the gifts variety were lovely, the packaging was really nice, and they print out your message, it made her day. Good service but a bit exy

I was contacted not long after placing my order by text message advising that the flowers I had selected were not the freshest and offering me a substitute which had been delivered that morning.

I find this to be exceptional customer service and it was a super friendly customer experience.

The delivery person did not knock or ring the bell. It was just lucky the recipient saw through window. Otherwise I was happy with everything.

Problem with delivery which meant the surprise was spoiled. However, Jade was able to get back on track.

I was very happy with the flowers; they were fresh and received well and presented. I will be ordering again.

I am always happy with the quality and delivery of your flowers but a little disappointed that the red spider orchids and red lilies were not sent . I can never seem to get the red spider orchids on their own and selected this arrangement because of this and also loved the height of arrangement in the picture. I am a very long term and loyal customer and always happy with the quality and freshness of your flowers and I know it is difficult to be exact when it come to nature. I will be ordering for my other granddaughters birthday next week and will phone you about colour availability of your roses. Many thanks and I am grateful that you are my Mel florist, Judith

Arrived on time. Lovely flowers

I can't fault the florist but I can fault the delivery person. They didn't knock or ring the door bell. Because I was notified by email that the flowers were delivered, I then informed my sister to check the front door. It was good that the flowers were left unattended for 30mins. Just hoping that more care was addressed, if you understand what I mean.
