Was delivered to incorrect address luckily the neighbours took the flowers to them

I used this website more than 3 years, they take good care of delivery and have a lot of choices on their site. You have to order in advance for Christmas, Valentine's Day, and Mother's Day. I was disappointed last February 14th, one item was sold out and they contact to change it. Apart from this incident which can happen even though it is frustrating, it's the best. Punctuality +++++

I ordered a bunch of flowers for my work colleague as a surprise, but by the time the delivery had arrived, my work colleague had gone home. So she didn't receive the flowers in time. It wasn't the delivery drivers fault, he was stuck in traffic. The delivery driver also called my colleague directly to advise the delivery wasn't going to arrive before 5pm. - as I had popped her number in to the order Next time, I know not to put the receivers phone number on the order. Because it also ruined the surprise for her. When FAM called me to see if delivery had arrived, the delivery driver was walking into my office just as I was speaking to the lady on the phone. FAM were kind enough to refund the delivery charge and send out a new bunch of flowers on a different day when my work colleague was able to accept them. To make a purchase it was very easy! The website is easy to navigate and pricing and explanation is all up front. Can't complain about the service - a few mistakes, but I was grateful they were rectified it promptly.

I only order flowers through Flowers Across Melbourne and I love you guys and am always wrapt with purchase and service. I was a bit disappointed as the flowers photographed being delivered weren’t as full as online but the recipient was happy.

I was a bit hesitant at ordering the flowers as I live in the UK but everyone at Flowers Across Melbourne were so helpful & pleasant & didn’t mind answering my questions. My Goddaughter sent me a photo of the flowers & they were beautiful, she was so pleased with them. Thank you all very much x

Really impressed with the personal touch in the form of emails specifically about this order instead of chatbots etc. Also impressed with your willingness to switch delivery dates when the first delivery did not happen (not your fault). Some companies might have just left the gift on a doorstep but you persevered until you could get the gift to the right person. The person the gift was given to is delighted with the plant and the unusual snacks and treats provided. I will definitely use Flowers across Melbourne again if I need another gift in the future. Thank you for all your help!

Highly recommended!! The flowers were beautiful, they were fresh, colorful and very well presented. The hat box selection I chose is absolutely value for money, and I loved the option of adding the small bottle of prosecco. Delivery timeframe was perfect, placed the order around 8.30pm and the flowers were delivered by 2.30pm the next day. 10/10 - I would definitely order again from Flowers Across Melbourne.
