Superb operation. My first attempt and the recipient had been discharged from hospital. A refund was immediate. The following day my second attempt to the private address was successful. The whole experience was extremely professional, customer service unbelievable, especially in these times. l could not asked for anything more.

They were fabulous. I made a mistake with the address and they went way above their line of duty, rang the recipient found their new address and redelivered. I cannot recommend them highly enough and have told my friends of the unprecedented service in this day and age. This is real service that just does not happen anymore.
As I come from NSW I did find them on the website but I will be recommended them to family, clients and companies that I deal with both in NSW and Melbourne.
I am so grateful for them.

You guys should have a checkbox that says, "Remind you in 51 weeks about this purchase," for birthday's, anniversaries, etc.

FAM is a truly professional establishment in my experience. The website couldn't be easier to navigate and utilise (in this case from Ludlow, England). The choices available were very variable, excellent value for money, first class service, and a personal touch which is rare these days (also in my experience). I had to apply last minute, unforeseen changes to delivery times (this occurred twice with the same order) were accommodated by FAM easily via email, with subsequent conformations prior to delivery which, was exactly on time - the bouquet was beautiful. I would not hesitate to recommend FAM to anyone and indeed will be using them again at the next opportunity without any need to shop around. Trust me, when it comes to flowers these ladies are the bee's knee's.

The photo showed a vase and long stem roses. I got miniature roses in a little box. I won’t order from you again. Woolworths has better and they cost less.

You helped me out as we had a big celebration happening on Sunday the 4th and I had trouble finding carnations from anywhere (that weren't hugely overpriced!) they have sentimental value for the occasion.

The delivery riders should be oriented about proper handling of flowers and delivering them.
