The flowers didn’t look quite how i was expecting, wish I could have known they were painted so harshly and had a colour different to the picture

The flowere were lovely, but the WRONG message and card were attached. My receipient had NO idea whom the flowers were from

Besides the wrong flower arrangement was delivered to the wrong address, but than rectified by the receiver who called the office, the process of ordering was simple, easy and fast.

I’m very happy with every aspect - from finding what I want on the website, ordering and delivery. It was all very easy to do and the delivery was very quick. I liked the updates telling me the flowers were on the way and when they arrived. Flowers and chocolates were for a 90yo. I noticed that there were a few orders from Flowers Across Melbourne for the same person and all the bouquets were very nice. THANK YOU!
