I wanted to say thank you. I’ve not ordered flowers online previously and not being local I couldn’t ask someone for a recommendation. Te arrangement was true to the picture so I was satisfied.

Delivery arrived at time estimated so recipient was happy.

Having used your service to send flowers & wine from Ireland for the first time I was absolutely delighted with the service due to the time difference it felt like I had only ordered them & they were delivered. I love the selections of flowers and the delivery tracker is easy to read.

I organised flowers to be be delivered to a friend in hospital. Unfortunately my friend was discharged earlier than expected and missed the delivery by 50 minutes. Flowers across Brisbane reached out to me and offered to redirect the flowers the following day (Monday), because I couldn't respond before the 2pm deadline. Having missed the message due to be at work, they again reached out and we made the date for Wednesday with a completely new arrangement. Who does that! An amazing service and customer service. 10/10

I use you mostly when ordering flowers. But I just wish that the arrangements had more flowers in them, as they are not cheap.
