We're always grateful for the good reviews, it's really great when everything goes smoothly and customers are nice enough to take the time to let us know what a great experience they had. We're also ok with the bad ones, and fortunately they're quite rare, but it allows us to try and put things right and fix any underlying issues.

I actually phoned this morning to say how happy I was with the flowers delivered to my function on Saturday 20/12. The flowers looked beautiful and I believe were good value for money unlike the majority of other florists I contacted. The service provided made it very easy for me so you have a very happy customer!

The day of the delivery was a really hot day, and I was worried about the freshness of the flowers.
I have been able to see as my friend sent me a photo, that actually the flowers were delivered fresh and in a good condition.

I use Flowers Across Melbourne by choice whenever I buy flowers. They are usually fantastic value, beautifully arranged and always good value for money. Unfortunately one of the recent orders didn’t last very long in the hospital environment and the balloons deflated fairly quickly but this was an exception.
