I just wanted to thank you for the amazing customer service and for the beautiful flowers that were delivered to my wonderful friend.

Marcella has been in my life since I was 19, when I started in my first full time job which was working for her husband.

Back then she showed me kindness and was like a surrogate Mum to me, and then over the years she has become a surrogate Grandmother to my boys.

Today she turned 87 and I have just spent the past two and a half hours on the phone to her, catching up on absolutely everything, including all the news from every member of her family.

My point though, is she said no less than about six times, just how incredibly beautiful, stunning, glorious and amazing that the flowers were, and that she could barely pick them up because they were enormous.

I was even told in detail about how much effort was made to protect all of the stems.

Thank you so much to whoever put this bouquet together. Marcella was just thrilled and said it was the best and biggest bunch of flowers that she has ever received, so that makes me happy.

Well done to all involved.

I asked for pastels and also wanted variety and something to last .
The flowers looked like they were only good for a couple of days

Ordering from WA as my first greatgrand child born that morning in Melbourne. Didnt have much time for same day delivery because of time difference, but you were precise and prompt. Thankyou. Will definitely use you again🌸

Flowers were delivered quickly, they were a great price and just like the photos on line and the receiver was over the moon. I always use them and will continue to do so.

I always use your site for flower deliveries. It’s so easy to navigate the website and I’m always extremely happy with the delivery and I’m always told how beautiful and fresh the flowers are. They can be delivered as quickly as the next day even if I order late in the evening

My initial order got mixed up due to me not understanding the wording. The team kindly reissued the order although my step mother got the original plant gauging by the photo
The 2nd plant was a lighter colour
Anyway, it worked out and will use the company again

This was a sympathy bunch and the wrong flowers and card were delivered.
On contacting to advise of the incorrect card I was informed the driver had given the wrong flowers and they asked to come back and swap. I said the card had been opened and she said to slide it back in.
We then had to contact the recipient and say put the card back and they will swap.
People make mistakes but would have better to apologise and email the card etc than us have to contact someone who was grieving to say pack it up and give it back.
On top of this the flowers were minimal - I will try and find a photo

It was a great service overall. Perhaps it would be a good idea to read carefully the original instructions made in the order itself, rather than to repeat the same message in the follow up email. Otherwise, all good and thank you once again for delivering on time.
