Just a quick thank you. You were so easy to contact and to order also prompt service and the flowers were beautifully arranged and delivery was excellent.

I liked that there was a photo I could choose from of arrangement. I also liked that I could track the delivery in rel time with a link you provided.

The incorrect flowers were delivered to the address. This was also a sympathy flower arrangement instead of a bouquet with a birthday message. This would have been severely distressing for the correct recipient of the sympathy flowers, and was quite disappointing to see as I had paid for delivery which never made it to the specified address. As it was a public holiday in Melbourne on Friday, I expected the Sydney team to follow up as I requested a callback, however none ever ensued. Please amend your delivery processes as this was incredibly disappointing and I am not sure that I will reuse your services in future.

I cannott praise the service enough!!!It wasn’t a simple Delivery…: as I had to send flowers from Italy to Melbourne and I didn’t even have all the exact details regarding the Delivery location! They were ALWAYS helpful and reasuring: they lepre me constantly updates and answered all my anxious messaggera..!!! They are absolute gems. Everything arrived in perfect condition beautiful and exactly like the photos in the catalog. A Hugo heartfelt THANK YOU from an Italian grandmother❣️

I was a bit disappointed with the size of the bouquet and I specifically requested yellow as per the image I selected from the site. There are not many open buds and they are orange. The delivery was a bit of a process due to the alcohol component, however the staff were accommodating to arrange alternative and they were very professional prompt and helpful. I wish the flowers were a bit more substantial as it was a 60, and I would happily have paid a bit extra to beef them up a bit but there is no option to do this on the site. The greenery included was not to my liking either.

Always reliable, good value for money, and delivered seamlessly. I do love your variety and reliable service and my daughter loved the floral arrangement and the chocolates.

I placed my order at about 1.15pm or so, The delivery was completed by 2pm. Now that, to me, is very impressive. Very professional.

Excellent service. Thanking you and please Keep up the great work. I have sent flowers to sick friends before and they were not as nice or as good value for money.
I live interstate in Regional NSW but I wouldn’t hesitate ordering flowers from you in the future if I needed to send to Melbourne (again) or Sydney or Brisbane as I have friends there too.
