I've never ordered online before, so was wary of how well it may go, but you made it so easy, even when i had a small hiccup with finding out I had the wrong delivery address right after placing the online order. I was able to call you and you had everything sorted out, no bother. I so appreciate the amazing customer service, the beautiful quality sunflowers, and the delivery was unreal too. So fast, and I loved that i could track the delivery and even got photos and notifications when it was delivered. My friend was so happy with her surprise. Such a grand positive experience. ✨️

would love flowers across melbourne to send a picture of the flowers delivered as usually the person receiving it will not sent you a picture but just say thank you for the flowers

I had chosen brightly coloured bouqet for this special occassion but only a few pink and white flowers were delivered .It was disappointing.

The only thing I would like to add if they could knock on the door of the place they deliver so the people know it's there because the they didn't know.
Because I asked them if they got the flowers next day and they said they didn't until I told them and when they got home they found them on the veranda.

I sent the flowers to my daughter and son-in-law as a small gesture of comfort for the recent loss of their mother/mother-in-law. I also enclosed chocolates. They were really touched. Delighted with the flowers, which I had left up to the florist to arrange/substitute, according to availability, and loved the chocs.
It was really wonderful to have been able to offer a little joy in their lives after suffering great loss, and your wonderful company made it easy for me to arrange. In fact, the most difficult part of the whole process was choosing the bouquet!

I didn’t get to see what the arrangement looked like. Maybe would be nice for when it says “Oder has been made” or even on delivery to take a photo for the sender, so paying customers can see their arrangements and what’s getting sent.

A very well deserved thank you. Tracking and communication from driver as well as photos upon delivery
were much appreciated. One always wonders if delivery was made and the way you conduct your business

The flowers petals were very dry and not fresh.

I have used Flowers Across Melbourne a lot over the years I am in England but my auntie lived there and I was lucky enough to see her every year for the last 16 years. In time I was home I sent Flowers birthday mothers day Easter and Christmas and every month in between and the flowers were a big success unfortunately she passed away last year, but I like to send to friends and staff at the care home. Will always use flowers across Melbourne just not as often as I did. As some friends live in drysdale .but thank you for the flowers

It was good to see the flowers were delivered within the time period, the receiver was handed the flowers direct - there was no photo of the delivered product so we can only assume it was the same as the online picture.
