I am a loyal customer of flowers across Sydney.
From choosing the arrangement to secure payment, through to the delivery and the care taken they are first class.
Any requests I may have are always taken on board and fulfilled.
Their customer service is outstanding and their attention to detail on every order is exceptional.
They always have time for any change in my choosen arrangement and there is no else that I would use to send my flowers.

Yes not happy they were just left on the doorstep anyone could have taken then. Also the message i got was someone accepted them which was a lie.

A picture of delivered flowers would have been good in order to see the actual quality.

Flowers arrived too late, she didn’t get them until after 6pm , they didn’t ring the doorbell either, I expected them to arrive midday, I was disappointed

Very easy to navigate web site. Fast delivery. Flowers looked lovely by the picture taken on delivery.

So normally for other companies I get sent a photo of it being delivered or a photo of the arrangement. As she is grieving, she said thank you, but i didn't want to pressure her for a photo. I have no idea how it looked or how big it was. Ordering was easy and it was delivered, i just have no idea what was delivered.

Was so pleased they were delivered on date requested and left in safe place . The recipient was very thrilled with them. Always difficult when ordering from other side of the world , but would definitely recommend you.
