The arrangement was not quite as shown in the illustration (lost a bit of shape during transport?) but was very colorful and the recipient was extremely pleased - made her day!

it was amazing the delivery was fast and the flowers were beautiful i just wished i was informed they wouldn't have bloomed yet. other than that everythingg was a 10/10

It helped having the photos on your website - easy to choose which flowers for the occasion. Also delivery fee was reasonable and cost included the card - helped spending more on flowers.

All good but sometime ego I had a message for a credit $ 15 for flowers that I sentbto my daughter Carolina Monardez and something happened, I wondered if it was applied in these order Thank you

Thank you for making contact to confirm my friend's actual hospital location as it had changed rom the public part of Royal Melbourne to Melbourne Private (attached to Royal Melbourne) after I placed the order. A lovely photo was sent of my friend and the beautiful flowers by her daughter. I live interstate and will always use your company.

The card didn't say who it was from. It said the message on the card but when I filled out the 'from' part of the box on your online form it didn't populate on the card.

Amazingly and promptly delivered condolence flowers to a friend in a critical time, where we didn't want to intrude on the family's grieving period. Being overseas I needed to organise a floral gift from someone reliable. Flowers Across Melbourne had positive reviews while other florists had varied reviews. My emails to them were replied to promptly. They also were the most reasonable priced compared to other florists I investigated. I greatly appreciated the updated service of tracking and knowing the gift had been delivered. The order was delivered well and presented as per photos and my mother was delighted and she is very picky. So I highly recommend Flowers Across Melbourne.

The flowers quality was fairly poor and very few flowers mostly leaves in the arrangement completely different from what was displayed on the image while ordering

The delivery wasnt handled properly. The recipient wasnt called or met and handed the gift over. It wasnt until I called them late at night to ask them if it was delivered they found it on the doorstep and they were home the entire day but did not get any calls, or doorbell rung.
