My only criticism is that the flower arrangement I chose as pictured was not the colours that were delivered. Please update your website photos to match order. If colour unavailable it should not come up as an option.

Very prompt delivery

It was very easy to order, the flowers were beautiful, and delivered on time. I did wonder however about the quantity of the roses delivered. There appeared to be nine, however the description on your website specifically states 12 roses.

I had forgotten to sign the card with my name but didn’t worry about it as I assumed my name and details would have been shown as who the flowers were from, this didn’t happen so the recipient didn’t know who the flowers were from. Perhaps going forward this could be shown.

Disappointed with the quantity of flowers for $80 and &12 delivery
Way to expensive I have a florist I use but they were on holidays I would get close to double that amount for that price

Rang up last minute as I was catching a flight to Melbourne for a dear friends funeral and needed an arrangement to take to the house.

Wasn't sure what to order on the website so I rang up and spoke with Jordan. He went above and beyond to help me figure out what I needed over the phone and include add ons to make the arrangement the size I needed. I was also on the move at the airport so was a very fast paced phone call which he handled amazingly, he also arranged prompt delivery the next morning as we were on a time crunch and needed it before 11am!

Massive props to Jordan (I hope that's spelt right) for his amazing customer service. Great quality arrangement, highly reccomend to anyone in Melbourne! ✌️
