Highly recommended!! The flowers were beautiful, they were fresh, colorful and very well presented. The hat box selection I chose is absolutely value for money, and I loved the option of adding the small bottle of prosecco. Delivery timeframe was perfect, placed the order around 8.30pm and the flowers were delivered by 2.30pm the next day. 10/10 - I would definitely order again from Flowers Across Melbourne.

The unwell gentleman that received the hamper from Flowers Across Melbourne was given a lift in spirit, so super happy I chose you 😊

This is the second time I have used FAM. I will continue to use FAM. The process was seamless, my order was delivered well within the timeframe and I also recieved a picture upon delivery (which is what I requested) :)

The website was easy to manage & I appreciated the reviews that other customers had given compared to other florists that could deliver in Melbourne & their reviews so that made the decision easy & my niece was happy with the native arrangement as stated previously.

Thank you for assisting me in changing my delivery address. I paid extra to have it delivered before 2pm but due to the change in address this wouldn't be possible. I was very happy to note that I was refunded the additional delivery fees I paid! I wasn't expecting this - thank you :)

I had Requested the flowers to be “hand delivered” however it was left outside the door, the delivery driver did not knock on the door at all. My parents were both home, and a visitor notified them that they had flowers left outside. Having said that, the flowers were as described and delivered on time.

I was very impressed with the customer service I received with my order, 5 star service!

The picture on-line is exactly the same as whet is delivered! Delivery is very punctual, and notes are very clear in terms of where to leave the flower when the recipient is not at home. Thank you!

Easy transaction and lovely flowers, exactly as pictured on the website. Really appreciated the photos and proof of delivery. Would definitely recommend to others. My order was also delivered on a Sunday at no extra cost.
