All kinds of questions pop up, such as - will they arrive on the right day? Will they look like the picture, or will there be substitutions? What happens if there's a delivery problem, and how will i know they've arrived?
Let's face it, most websites are only going to show the best reviews for their own service, so in the interests of transparency and helping to give you a more informed purchase decision, we've come up with this page which shows UNFILTERED customer reviews.
That's right, all of them! from customers who have given us permission to use them. We don't cherry pick the good from the bad.
We're always grateful for the good reviews, we love it when everything goes smoothly and customers are nice enough to take the time to let us know what a great experience they had. We're also ok with the bad ones, and fortunately they're quite rare, but it allows us to try and put things right and fix any underlying issues.

I have been using Flowers Across Melbourne for years now. I have always been extremely happy with the reliable service, so I intend to continue using FOM into the future. It takes all the stress out of choosing presents for people - just a few clicks of the mouse, the rest is taken care of and I get all the kudos! Perfect!

You got the name wrong. On the form I wrote the name of the recipient as Beth Taylor. You addressed it to me. The delivery driver also didn't knock or wait for Beth to receive the item they just left it behind the bin

There could have been a few more flowers to make it look fuller, too much blank space. The picture looked very full, in realty not that full.

I used this website more than 3 years, they take good care of delivery and have a lot of choices on their site. You have to order in advance for Christmas, Valentine's Day, and Mother's Day. I was disappointed last February 14th, one item was sold out and they contact to change it. Apart from this incident which can happen even though it is frustrating, it's the best. Punctuality +++++

I ordered a bunch of flowers for my work colleague as a surprise, but by the time the delivery had arrived, my work colleague had gone home. So she didn't receive the flowers in time. It wasn't the delivery drivers fault, he was stuck in traffic. The delivery driver also called my colleague directly to advise the delivery wasn't going to arrive before 5pm. - as I had popped her number in to the order Next time, I know not to put the receivers phone number on the order. Because it also ruined the surprise for her. When FAM called me to see if delivery had arrived, the delivery driver was walking into my office just as I was speaking to the lady on the phone. FAM were kind enough to refund the delivery charge and send out a new bunch of flowers on a different day when my work colleague was able to accept them. To make a purchase it was very easy! The website is easy to navigate and pricing and explanation is all up front. Can't complain about the service - a few mistakes, but I was grateful they were rectified it promptly.
