All kinds of questions pop up, such as - will they arrive on the right day? Will they look like the picture, or will there be substitutions? What happens if there's a delivery problem, and how will i know they've arrived?
Let's face it, most websites are only going to show the best reviews for their own service, so in the interests of transparency and helping to give you a more informed purchase decision, we've come up with this page which shows UNFILTERED customer reviews.
That's right, all of them! from customers who have given us permission to use them. We don't cherry pick the good from the bad.
We're always grateful for the good reviews, we love it when everything goes smoothly and customers are nice enough to take the time to let us know what a great experience they had. We're also ok with the bad ones, and fortunately they're quite rare, but it allows us to try and put things right and fix any underlying issues.

The flowers were beautiful. My daughter loved them and said they were stunning. Delivery was easy, even when I had to change the delivery date at the last moment - no drama whatsoever. I'll definitely be a repeat customer. Thank you!

The bearded iris was a bit brown and wilted on top. I would have thought for the price paid all flowers would have been fresh.

I was very disappointed when I received my order. The flowers were not like I ordered and they were more like floral arrangement rather than a Bridesmaid bouquet, way too big to carry. We thought we were given the wrong order. We had no time to change as we got them delivered for ceremony. My partner had to take apart the whole arrangement and make a smaller bouquet from what we had.

I've used this company several times now and I've never been disappointed. Easy to order, beautiful flowers and always delivered as promised.

We are a repeat customer but every time need to fill delivery details. An option of repeating a previous order might be a good user friendly feature. Secondly for “Florist choice” option , there should be some say of the customer as well. Like in this delivery we did not see any of the Roses. So if there is an option of taking customer idea and later completion to be done by Florist will be great customer satisfaction.

I ordered a Mother’s Day bouquet and my mum was so Happy with the beautiful arrangement. You could really see the time and effort put into the selection and arrangement of the flowers. Honestly the bouquet looked even better than the photo advertised on the website. Thank you so much for your efforts!!!

The flowers are always stunning ! They are the company I always go to as their bouquets snd gifts are beautiful, a little different and always arrive as presented in the picture shown.

The team was incredible, they called and also emailed me saying the colour of roses I ordered had run out- they offered to mix in a few different colours instead and out came the most beautiful bouquet I have seen! I will happily order again and again from flowers across! I appreciate the level of care, professionalism and creative minds they have!

I chose the beautiful dried flower arrangement. I couldn’t tell what they looked like out of the box (not shown on the website) so perhaps that’s another photo option? The recipient loved them so thank you. I will definitely use your service again. Julie

I didn't feel like there was enough flowers in it. I wish I had of ordered something different. Very happy with the delivery and service but disappointed with the lack of flowers in these. They looked a lot different in the photos online
