My order included alcohol that has special delivery requirements. This could have been clearer at the time of ordering on the site (required an email confirmation). It didn't deflect from a positive experience.

I ordered from overseas as a surprise birthday gift to my floofy girl and partner. Ordering was easy and delivered on schedule. My only mistake was not looking at the small size of the teddy bear and the cost, but that's my fault. Gifts were still well received.

I sent the flowers to my friend but the delivery did not contact the receiver so we just know that the flower arrived at 8:30 PM when I checked on track link. The delivery just only drop off and did not letting sender or receiver know so can you please tell the delivery to contact the receiver to get flowers please. My friend really likes your flower.
