One of the bouquets contained a white-tailed spider, which actually bit me. While I understand that such incidents may be difficult to control, it’s concerning to note that every bunch was checked and spiders were found in all of them. In addition, the bouquets were underwhelming: They were delivered after 4:00 pm, The flowers were already wilting upon arrival, And despite using the provided powder, they did not last long.

Ordering process very easy lots of arrangements to choose from. Same say delivery as advertised & arrangement was beautiful.

Very easy process! The website was easy to navigate, so many additional gifts and accessories to pick from too. The flowers and gifts were delivered promptly and safely, very happy with my experience and will definitely be using Flowers Across Melbourne again in the future.

The Flowers were delivered to a business, where there are people spread through lots of departments, but the flowers were placed on a vacant desk with noone notified onsite. I got a SMS to advise delivery had been made and left at door, which meant that I had to SMS my wife to tell her the go pickup her flowers. Not an ideal scenario to say, "there is a gift at the front door for you, but you have to go and get it". Thanks for deliverying before she finished work which was before the last possible delivery time, as a preivous company delivered after she had left for the day.

Very impressed by selection of flowers that it took me a longer than usual time to decide on a bouquet. I received an email not long after purchasing the flowers with a tracking link and another one to say they had been delivered. On arriving home my daughter was over the moon to find the flowers and wine, which I have never ordered before, at her front door. They were beautifully presented with a ribbon. Normally I use the same florist online and yes they are cheaper but you pay for what you get. The last two orders were for Birthdays and only arrived the following day. So I thought let me see what florist I can locate in Melbourne and I am very happy i chose this company. I will be ordering again.
