I ordered from overseas as a surprise birthday gift to my floofy girl and partner. Ordering was easy and delivered on schedule. My only mistake was not looking at the small size of the teddy bear and the cost, but that's my fault. Gifts were still well received.

I ordered from the UK, really straightforward process; there was a question regarding delivery which was emailed out to me & quickly sorted, despite the time difference. The flowers were beautiful and delivered on time

I sent the flowers to my friend but the delivery did not contact the receiver so we just know that the flower arrived at 8:30 PM when I checked on track link. The delivery just only drop off and did not letting sender or receiver know so can you please tell the delivery to contact the receiver to get flowers please. My friend really likes your flower. I was very impressed by how smooth the process was and how gorgeous the bouquet was - not sure if the example on their website did it justice. I also purchased the bouquet for same day delivery, 5 minutes before the cut off time. I was expecting a call to say that it was too last minute to process the order, but it never came and the flowers arrived at my work within a couple hours. Overall, I would definitely recommend these guys.
