Since my daughter arranged some beautiful cheering flower deliveries from her and her brothers to me during covid lockdowns, and also to my mother, I ALWAYS use Flowers Across Melbourne for delivered floral gifts in Melbourne, and friends and family tell me how happy they are with the flowers.

Great online experience. Have beautiful options and rapid delivery. As I am in the US and sent to a friend in Melbourne, I didn't see the product delivered, but I heard they were amazing. Before ordering, I did engage with the store via their chat option, and they were lovely and helpful. Definitely a must use for local, beautiful flowers with excellent customer service and on-time delivery!

I made an error on the address - my daughter had changed address, which I’d forgotten. My daughter contacted you and provided the correct address, paid a further re-delivery fee but she informs me her birthday flowers arrived half withered. She was very disappointed as was I

While an only occasional customer, it would be helpful to be able to set up an online account rather than enter my info each time. I’m in the USA so it might be that that’s not possible.
