I was so happy with he customer service i received. Especially when i had to change the delivery address the morning of the delivery. The gift was great as well. Please keep up this kind of good service as it is very rare these days.

The delivery wasnt handled properly. The recipient wasnt called or met and handed the gift over. It wasnt until I called them late at night to ask them if it was delivered they found it on the doorstep and they were home the entire day but did not get any calls, or doorbell rung.

The beautiful crocheted bouquet was bought to cheer up my sister following her surgery, the gift arrived very promptly although my sister had to stay in hospital longer than planned, when she arrived home she was overjoyed with the bouquet & loved it 😄

I've used this service a few times now, and I genuinely couldn't be happier. The recipients loved their flowers, great little surprise at their door, arrangements looked great, price was fair, shipping cost was excellent and included tracking, I will use them again in future and recommend to anybody I know.

Ringing the doorbell would have been appreciated, the recipient is caring for someone currently and it could have been a while until they had noticed the flowers out the front. They have the ring doorbell but didn't actually see the notification asap. Besides that the flowers and everything else was absolutely beautiful :) thankyou x
