they were later delivering than we were told but they arrived and looked exactly as we had ordered. we did get told to check the delivery address and that the address they had wasn't correct even though i had entered the whole address when ordering but we updated and they arrived any way.

The flowers were delivered to the recipient, a patient in Epworth Hospital, within a couple of hours of my placing the order. They were almost exactly as illustrated and she was delighted with them (and her favorite colour). Given that space is often at a premium in hospital rooms, the size was ideal.

The flowers were someone who recently lost a pet they have had for over 15 years. Unfortunately, the flowers looked a little less than satisfying as you can see in the photo. The photo shows way more blue flowers for example. I am not too satisfyed with this purchase.

Hi, I requested that the delivery person knock, but the recipient received the flowers at 10 PM.

The process was so simple. It was wonderful to be able to send flowers to my mum in hospital on her birthday without any stress. Thanks for making this easy. The flowers were lovely. Mum was very happy.

Call had the incorrect address but we work out where to deliver them. Great service friendly

Because I was in the US, it made the online system tricky for getting the correct delivery date. So I called and spoke to a very helpful woman at the shop. The flowers were delivered quickly and looked every bit as gorgeous in reality as the photos on the website. Very pleased and highly recommend.

Delivery was excellent and my daughter said the flowers were beautiful. It was a little tricky to determine the size of the arrangement/bouquet in relation to the cost. Communication was very good. I will use again.

A photo of flowers delivered would be nice to see in case the flowers ordered online have been substituted by the florist

I was not happy with the quality of the flowers, the lilies were almost frail, and the colours that I choose was not what I expected. I was quite dissapointed that the card did not have the name who it was from. When i put down Wong See family from NZ, Syd and GC. when they recieved it. I would probably would not recommend to purchase the flowers it was not worth $144 with the qualities of the flowers you presented. The flowers were not fresh, especially the lilies.

I ordered the sweet petite with mason jar and a candle for my friend who lost her mum a year ago. I was extremely happy with the flowers, wayyyyy better than I expected them to look like in person. They were absolutely stunning, you put alot of effort into the arrangement. I ordered Saturday night for them to be delivered Sunday (next day) this was the only company i could find at such late notice to deliver on a Sunday. They were very affordable and the size was much bigger than i expected. The whole process was easy and handled with care. I have already recommended this business to everyone I know and I will 100% be using you guys in the future. Extremely happy customer, exceeded all my expectations! The recipient was disappointed with the small size of the standard bouquet. It wasn’t clear on the website that the standard bouquet was so small, I expected it to be bigger considering the price.
