I live in the US and ordered flowers (in a pot) for my mother while she was in hospital in Melbourne. I didn't know the ward or any details apart from the hospital name. FAM sorted all this info out and when the delivery was attempted it turned out the ward did not allow potted flowers. They contacted me via email the same day and offered to substitute anything from their gifts on the website up to the value of the flowers (after confirming with the hospital that no flower deliveries of any type are allowed). A teddy bear, tea and bikkies were delivered the next day to my mum who was delighted - the tea and bikkies were yummy and the bear was soft and cuddly and just what she needed. So impressed with the customer service from Emma and Holly. Thank you.
