There was all green in the flowers and about 8 flowers definitely not worth the money should have gone elsewhere

I used flowers across Melbourne not Brisbane as stated in the survey. I have used this company several times and it is my go to florist for deliveries for quality and value for money. Only thing it would be nice to get a photo of the product before or when delivered to see it as sometimes I won't get to see it. You do an amazing job and would definetly recommend flowers accross melbourne.

Delivery driver could have attempted to follow the instructions I left for contacting the recepient rather than just leaving it there

I am unable to see if the rattle that was purchased with the flowers was included it is not visible in the pictures - I have had no response from the chat when I queried this days ago.

Feedback form questions reference was Brisbane, but order was for Melbourne .
I had incorrectly ordered 2 of same product and could not delete once order placed . However, I sent email and chat and was corrected first thing in the morning before delivery.

I placed the order on Friday (22/08) for delivery on Monday (25/08), and included the request: "Please send on your last delivery run. I'm hoping it arrives closer to 7pm. Just pretend I put the order in at 2pm." My hope was that the flowers would arrive closer to 5pm, when the recipient would be home.

Unfortunately, they were delivered at 3:38pm, which was quite a bit earlier than expected and meant the recipient wasn’t there to receive them. I also rang at 1:36pm on the 25/08 to confirm the order and check its status, but was told the flowers had already left — so there was no opportunity to adjust the delivery at that point.

In hindsight, I wish I’d placed the order on the day at 1:59pm instead — that may have increased the chance of meeting the timing request.

I completely understand that specific delivery times can't always be guaranteed, but I was still disappointed, as I’d really hoped the flowers would be received in person who arrived home at 4:30pm.
