I would have much preferred that the delivery person ring the doorbell or knock on the door to let the recipients know that something was being delivered. Often flowers are a surprise so they weren't aware they were receiving them. The flowers were on the doorstep for over an hour. Very disappointed about this.

The website is easy to navigate. So many options to choose from. Delivery was in the time advised. Driver was friendly. The tracker is really handy. The arrangements and flowers are beautiful.
