At Flowers Across Melbourne, we work diligently to ensure that all deliveries placed by 2pm weekdays, 2pm Saturday or by 12pm Sunday, are delivered on time, as promised.

If we are unable to deliver your order on the day you selected and before the times specified for the delivery option you select, we won't just refund your delivery fee - you'll also receive an additional $10 voucher to use towards your next purchase*

Guaranteed Delivery - Terms & Conditions

We strive to ensure that all deliveries placed by 2pm weekdays, 2pm Saturday or by 12pm Sunday are delivered the same day or on the delivery date you choose. Should our team need any further information about a delivery, they may reach out to the sender to clarify the specifics.

Guaranteed Delivery terms:

1. Address is correct, and we are able to gain access to the front door or to a safe place to leave the gift (i,e, no locked gate, secure apartment buildings)
2. For deliveries containing Alcohol, someone over 18+ must be home to receive as we are unable to leave unattended
3. We can guarantee delivery to Business Addresses by 5pm - if the recipient will be leaving work before 5pm, we recommend you let us know so we can organise accordingly

Outside of the terms above, if we’re unable to deliver on the day selected, we will refund delivery and provide an additional $10 voucher for next purchase.
