What time will the flowers arrive?

Flowers are delivered via specialist couriers, between 9am and 6pm (before 5pm for business addresses). If you order at least a day before your delivery date you have a 'before noon' option available. Sorry, we cannot guarantee specific delivery times. Our couriers do three runs per day, one at 8am, one at 11am and one at 2pm. If you place an order before 2pm we can have it delivered on the same day. Why are your flowers cheaper than most other online florists?

We are a local florist with local prices. By offering a smaller range of bouquets and by sticking to local delivery areas (Melbourne suburbs) we can offer lower prices than many online florists, who need to keep prices higher so that they can deliver interstate/worldwide through relay systems. We've tried to make it affordable enough so that you can even send yourself some flowers, to brighten up the home or office.


What about quality?

We stand by our quality. The flowers we send out are fresh, premium quality flowers. All bouquets are sent out in bud form to ensure freshness and longer life, so your recipient will be able to enjoy them for longer.


Where are all the categories?

To make ordering quick and easy we keep everything on the home page, so you can instantly see if we have something you like, rather than searching through many categories to find what you're after.

Remember though, there are still plenty of options available, all of our arrangements have upgrade and add on options! And if you still can't find anything you like, just call us, we'd be happy to create something for you.


What delivery method do you use?

We use specialist couriers with temperature controlled vans for our deliveries, each delivery is hand delivered to your recipients door or place of business


Where are you located?

We are an online florist and as such are not open to the public, this allows us to help keep prices low. If you would like to send correspondence, our office address is Lvl 40, 140 William St, Melbourne VIC 3000, Australia. All flowers are sent from our location in Doncaster, Melbourne.


What happens if there is nobody at home when the flowers arrive?

The flowers will be left in a safe, cool place if the courier is able. If the courier is unable to leave the flowers we will contact you to see if you have any further instructions, please be aware that if we need to redeliver the flowers at a later time or date, a redelivery fee may be applicable.


Which payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept all the major credit cards - Visa, MasterCard, Diners and American Express. You can also checkout using Paypal (a Paypal account is not required to checkout with Paypal). We also accept direct deposit, but your funds will need to clear into our account before we can send out your order. If you would like to order via direct deposit please call us on 1800 756 144 or +61 3 9999 7997 (if outside Australia) to arrange it.


Why don't you deliver to certain suburbs/states?

To keep delivery charges at a reasonable rate we have had to limit delivery to suburbs within approx. 20km of Melbourne City, however, if you need delivery outside of these areas, please give us a call on 1800 756 144 and we can let you know if we are able to deliver to your area and any delivery charges.


I can't find exactly what I'm after, can you make something for me?

Absolutely! Please contact us, and we will happily make something suitably special for your recipient.


Why do you have a limited range?

We have limited our range on the website to make ordering as quick and easy as possible. We want you to spend less time on our website and more time getting on with the many other things you need to do. If you need something bigger, all arrangements can be upgraded on the 'details' page, and if you would like something completely different, please give us a call and ask on 1800 756 144.


Can i add teddy bears/chocolates etc. with my order?

Flowers are great, but are even better with Chocolates! so absolutely. As you checkout, you will be given options to add extras such as Teddy bears, Balloons and Chocolates to your order.


I need my delivery to be at its destination at a certain time, is this possible?

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee specific delivery times. Our couriers have a lot to get through and are unable to accommodate specific time deliveries. We do offer an express delivery option if ordered before midnight the night before the delivery date, express deliveries will arrive before 12pm. Standard deliveries to businesses will arrive by 5pm and to residential addresses by 6pm.

How do i use this website?

We've tried to make it as easy as possible (please let us know if you have any problems). Click on an arrangement you like, choose a preferred size, select the destination suburb and a delivery date, then click continue to be taken to the checkout page. On the checkout page, you will see your order summary, below that, you can add extra items, and input the details needed for delivery such as the recipients address, as well as a card message. Near the bottom of the checkout page, enter you payment details, then click 'Place Order'. You're done!!


How do i care for my flowers?

If you're the one lucky enough to have received some flowers, they should arrive in a fresh condition to ensure longer life. You can extend the life of your flowers by keeping them in a cool place with plenty of fresh water (topped up every few days). Avoid direct sunlight and drafts if possible. Remove any leaves that will below the waterline of the vase.
